  5. Do not charge for AI features become an authority

    Charging for AI features is not appealing. Most people are already paying you & for an AI service they are not going to want to be paying for AI service them be required to double pay you. Just for you to consider you guys should be displaying and providing your AI as the best, a creative & authoritative AI that provides high level understand and research of your pdfs and documents in a better way then other included in the adobe suite, will draw people to you.     I often get an error message, 'something went wrong, please try again in a few minutes' whenever I try to use the AI function - I'm very frustrated as I paid for the annual fee for this feature and it is useless.

  10. Retained Learning within AI Assistant

    We are trying to make good use of AI Assistant for Acrobat with mixed results. It seems, AI Assistant does respond to some requests to improve it's response (e.g. extracting incorrect values from scanned PDF forms). Is there a way to have AI Assistant to retain its learnings accross sessions for certain business session which recurr often? Please reply to the email attached to my account: amrice@comcast.net

  12. AI cannot analyse materials it says it can

    AI Assistant is crashing often. It is fine as a tool, but it needs a lot of refining to get where other companies are at the moment. I can't even upload 3 files without it crashing out.

  13. AI Assistant needs a cancel button

    I cannot express how absolutely blind Adobe is as to the needs of the consumer... Or else me and everyone I know are all idiots who don't know what we want.... I want my program to allow me to edit text without constantly having my AI Assistant spinning and slowing down everything while it tries to help... it finally pops up saying it's splitting my document...? I say "Please edit and replace ____ word with ___ word"..... It says sorry I can't help. Then go the **** away, because you're not AI...
