Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. It is not allowing me to delete a page and insert a new page. Once I hit save, it tells me something went wrong and gets stuck on the screen saying "discard" "cancel" and then I cant move forward with trying to save my new page.

  3. Hello - I'm having issues accessing the 'combine files' service included in my plan. This service has been working fine, until today. I tried solving this issue with the chat, but the service there was very poor and did not solve the issue. See attached chat log. I'm paying for this service, and expect to be able to access it. I have a deadline that I'm now late on due to this failure on Adobe's part to deliver on the services that I'm paying for.

  4. the web services was horrible. I was not able combine multiple PDF together and there was no button to report bug. On contrast MacBook default Preview combined them successfully. Your paid service is worse than some free products. Why should I keep subscription?

  5. I AM NOT ABLE TO EDIT MY pdf. WHENEVER I AM GOING TO TRY SOMETHING "preparing file to edit..." MSG IS GETTING DISPLAYED. AND IT'S BEEN BUFFERING FOR LAST 15MINS. I FLT LIKE BEING CHEATED.

  7. I need access to all the tools on Adobe Acrobat Pro and I don't have those right now. I need Combine, Convert, Organize Pages, etc. I am very limited. Please help!

  10. add the ability to edit the text fields online. I am running on an old computer for work and down want to download adobe acrobat (which i'm forced to the install creative cloud and all the other software that I don't want) Just make the web version as capable as the desktop app please and thank you

    Could you provide more details about this? Do you mean that after you put your signature in the file it cannot be saved? Or you cannot save a copy? Also could you provide a screenshot if there's a error message?

  13. Cannot open signed Adobe Sign documents. It is telling the file is corrupt for every document in the account. This is not correct and is clearly an error within the Adobe system. It just started happening this week.

    Could you provide more details on how/where you opened the Adobe Sign documents, as well as the name of one of such documents and when it's signed so we can look into it? 

    It'd also be helpful if you could provide us a screenshot of the error.

  14. when document is open and I chooose request esignatures, it goes to a blank pg. I must go to 'documents' tab and request esignature from there. This did not happen in the past. New glitch

  16. The Compress PDF function is not working. It will attempt to upload the document but stop at the same number every time I try to refresh and reupload. Please fix!! Need this function to work.

    currently one of our user encourting E sign access issue to solve this i contacting several times to help desk later my call us been transfer to business support team but no one is responding even if i stayed in the line for 20 minutes.

    its a poor service what i faced today.

  18. Saving is too slow, 5 minutes and still waiting.

    Really dislike Adobe, use to love it, not it is tedious to use, to save, to access. It has become cumbersome.

  20. I just clicked on the Rotate button on a pdf document opened in Acrobat and instead of simply rotating the page as it used to do I now keep gettnig directed to a new window with an adobe url including '/link/' with a blank page and it won't let me get back to my already open document. How do I get rid of this unhelpful 'feature', plesae?
