2. "waiting for you" not working

   Not working.... there's a document "Waiting for me" and it just won't show anything... tried FF and chrome and nothing, its just a blank screen.

3. Pro version not even worth a Canadian penny

   This is one of the worst products I can even conceive of. Starting with when you "save" it "compresses" the file and then you can't edit it anymore? Are you freaking kidding me? If the desktop app worked like this you would get ZERO users. As it is, I will never use your online version again. I wouldn't use the so-called "pro" version for 1 penny/year. $20/month is one of the biggest jokes in the industry. I have seen many people share this frustration, and yet you do nothing about it. Don't tell me it has to be like that, becuase the desktop version isn't. I curse you all for wasting my valuable time. Rest assured I will warn everyone about your product.

4. feed back on website app

   This product makes it so hard to do simple tasks! It does not accept all PDF file formats. I am not sure why I subscribe to this application not much value here.

6. PDF resize not working, not accessible

   The menu in edit mode says 'resize' but there's no resize available only crop. Why is it so difficult to find an editor that will competently resize PDF pages. Your Pro desktop cannot resize some PDF, notably ones sent from the police [various sizes]... very very frustrating. I wonder if Chinese/UK gov software, FOXIT, can do it as proven in v 13 beta? Can North America please try to be a little bit competitive? It doesn't hurt to work hard and take responsibility. You don't even need to be a Republican! Just do it and don't be angry like so many in this country when asked to do something that requires extra effort. Or else - just give up.

7. Won't load to allow editing

   This application is terrible! It worked great for an hour. Now it won't load my pdfs let alone allow me to edit them. I keep getting a message that the process can't be completed, try back later.

   Not interested in signing up with Acrobat just so I can print ONE DOCUMENT! But even then, I COULD NOT PRINT THE DOCUMENT! I SEE URGING TO UPGRADE! I DINT EVEN WANT TO BE HERE! FINALLY, IT DIES NOT ALLOW ME TO DELETE MYSELF! I’m on my cell phone doing this so less is best!

9. All Documents Gone

   All of my files in the Document Cloud obtained via Adobe Scan have disappeared. I required some very important, time-sensitive files, which to my dismay were suddenly missing. This is not a problem I have ever had before and I am baffled.

   The files are not in my Previous Scans in Adobe Scan, even in the All Scans section.

   The files are not in the Document Cloud, whether in the Adobe Scan Folder or otherwise.

   The files are not in the trash.

   The files are not in any of the Creative Cloud folders.

   Every single one of them is just inexplicably gone.

   I have tried logging out and back in on all of these services, and the files are still missing no matter what I do.

   All of my files in the Document Cloud obtained via Adobe Scan have disappeared. I required some very important, time-sensitive files, which to my dismay were suddenly missing. This is not a problem I have ever had before and I am baffled.

13. Compress, combine etc features are not available

    I am not able to combine pdf files and compress feature also not available. What is the use of providing acrobat services when these features are not provided. Planning to end the subscription

15. The document was ruined as all the text boxes moved and deleted most words

    My document got completely ruined after i saved it. none of the text is in the right place and most of it is deleted

18. why am I paying for this?

    previous versions were more user friendly.
    difficult and time consuming to edit PDF.

    examples.
    Having to restart edit page over and over when attempting to change font size or color.

    highlight won't always work.

    or Doesn't allow me to edit PDF at all.

    Thanks for your question. Fortunately, we already provide edit PDF functionalities in Acrobat web. Please follow below mentioned steps to use it:

    1. Log on to https://acrobat.adobe.com
    2. Open any PDF that you want to edit.
    3. Click Edit on the topbar
