Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. when a user selects a file and clicks delete, and confirms the delete the file should be deleted from the cloud. Currently it does not delete the file.

  2. Hello,

    Whenever I use a product it goes through successfully but if I would like to use a second time I get an error that my request is unable to be processed. It has happened multiple times and takes 45 minutes with customer service to regain access.

  3. Irgendwie kann es doch nicht nein, dass alle zwei Tage irgendwelche Funktionen nicht verfügbar sind!! Man bezahlt ja schließlich nicht wenig Geld um dieses Programm nutzen zu können... Es wäre super, wenn Sie dies mal in den Griff bekommen könnten!!!!

  4. Trying to use the Adobe Account Access App (Android phone), and the access code, which is at the bottom of the screen is obscured by the phone’s back and home buttons, making the app fairly useless.....

  5. I tried to compress a file on your "free" cloud system. It disappears.
    Fine I'll get an account, upload, wait.
    Insert an ad about how great your product is.
    File is corrupted.

    Thanks, but I'll stick to third party vendors who know your system better than you.

  7. adobe acrobat pro 20 trial fails to activate on entering activation code, The activation code is registered to the account but the trial software still message me to buy and telling me I have so many days to go before trial ends.

  8. I have been paying for adaobe package over 1 year and I have not been even abl eto use it
    i bough the package for converting and i pay every month for something that i cant use
    always it doesnt recognize me email or my password and i am so frustrated with this

  9. It would be great if we could pull a report on where all of of our documents are in their sign-off process and the dates of each signature. It all has to be done manually now by opening each one up.

  13. I arrange my tools in a specific order, and your F***** program (acrobat) keeps changing them back to some stupid order with featured and "new" tools. I used to love acrobat, but after that two button click fiasco to access the signature tool and now this, I am really starting to hate you. I truly want to believe this is a glitch and not you guys pushing an agenda.

  14. I have been on the phone and waiting on my laptop to talk to you at the same time and no one answers. I have a subscription and when I open a pdf document it asks me to subscribe. I will try and contact your services again but if you do not reply I will cancel my subscription. My order number is ADB143316231UK.

Dopo aver effettuato un cambio di piano da Adobe Acrobat Pro ad Adobe Acrobat Standard e aver regolarmente pagato la prima fattura mensile del piano annuale, non mi riesce più di accedere, mi compare una scritta in rosso con triangolo "pericolo" quando tento di scaricarlo che dice "Questa app non è al momento disponibile per la tua piattaforma".

  18. My adobe crashed multiple times a day. This often happens when I move the document to another screen on my computer.

    I would like to be contacted about this issue. This makes your program far less useful.

  19. On the Documents tab, the "In Progress" screen, it would be helpful for that screen to show, perhaps just under the currently-single line, the most recent activity, and the filenames that were uploaded for signature. Thank you for considering this feature request.
