  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. The app log me out everytime I close it. Why ? How to fix it ?

    Everytime I close the app, it log me out. And I have to follow all th procedure of sign in. Why couldn’t be like other applications which keeps you signed in ?

  5. 130 a year and cannot print to PDF

    I pay $130 and I cannot print to pdf. Basically the only thing I really NEED to do on a regular basis. SO feel ripped off and really looking forward to the competitor that figures this out. Will use AI as soon as I can to figure out options because this ****** me off on a DAILY basis.

  7. VIrus or malware in file

    I tried to convert a pdf to jpg online and the file that was provided for download after the conversion was a zip that contains a virus or malware. OOF ADOBE NO!

  12. Saving problem

    Improve your saving of files and pdfs because
    every time I log back on something never saves and even if I make a copy to safe my other, the copy misses words making me have to redo my work everything, trash website 1/100000000000 can't even do something so simple

  14. can't save file with the AI Assistant chat history that includes source links

    After asking a question about a document. It provided an answer and sources. The sources linked to the part in the file and highlighted the area. This is wonderful! What is not wonderful, is there's no way to save the file with this information. When I save the file, it doesn't have the areas highlighted any longer. When I save a copy of the transcript, there are no superscript numbers with links. I would like to be able to save the file with the changes that were made during the chat I had with the AI assistant.

    Does this program work at all!? I upload a pdf: too many pages. Extract the right number of pages: file size too big. Reduce the file: scanned files not supported.

  16. i still think this apps great though

    I like this app very much I am in class 7th and this app improved and made my projects so much easier but in middle of when i am creating it has some technical issues so i get logged out and this keeps happening so i have to log in again and again so in my thoughts its great but the problem i said may be can help many people out there who loves this app

  18. Update is Not Good

    Whatever update you all just did, it won't let me minimize the screen. It won't open the PDF's without delay or at all. It is very glitchy. Co-workers are experiencing same issues.

  19. Online version - can't save

    I use the browser version because the Desktop version doesn't seem to cope with fonts, but on my browser version, after editing a document, I have no idea how to 'save' or 'close' the document. Please help.

  20. Seriously, enough with the constant "upgrades"

    Why do you keep changing the way this program works? I feel like it has been changed 3 or 4 times now in the past few years. Why are you making your users constantly re-learn how to set up documents? This is contrary to every principle of UX design, it puts too great a burden on users to have to constantly figure out how to set up documents because you ******* decided to **** with the layout and process to set up a simple ******* document.
