For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    Hi Julie,

    Are you requesting different colors for data you're filling in the form fields? When you said "all documents only showing in black and white" do you mean the entire document is in black and white or just the form fields? Documents with different text colors should be rendered with the colors on Fill & Sign. Please provide a screenshot (and a test document if possible), if documents with text in colors are not displayed correctly.

  3. PDF to image export quality is horrendous, even on Max. This is the case on the cloud or within Acrobat DC itself on Windows 10.
    Using an online tool like smallpdf has extremely better export quality for images, and thats free! Please fix this.

  4. Impossible to reorder pages successfully, at least on Firefox. Ridiculous to require a login at the last moment. I regret giving you my email address.

  5. Your new version is messing up with my documents.
    I input "1" but the downloaded file shows "4"
    And this is not the only case.
    I have had to redo so many times to get the correct docs.

  6. I'm highly dissatisfied with this experience, I waited an extremely long time to fill out and sign two documents. The filling out process went fine, but when it went to signing everything fell apart. Somehow the system saved the document with a small signature, not the one I resized, and you can't fix/delete those after saving. Once I put an entirely new page in, the signature would go in fine, but then it would "save my changes" forever after it already said "Changes Saved" and then it wouldn't download correctly or print. I will never use this again.

  7. Each time I open a file and select edit, it does not allow me to make changes and ends up saying the page can not reload.

  8. APPAULED that Adobe would release such a product. It should be removed from the market. It's clearly a terribly buggy pre-beta.
    Have lost hours upon hours of work. Just disappeared.

  11. Where did invoices go?? I cannot find them and I can't get them emailed to me. It's garbage when I have to subscribe with a ccard monthly, and have to provide the invoice to the ccard charges. Unnecessarily complex.

    1. Login to acrobat.adobe.com

    2. Now click on Adobe accounts option under Profile icon present at top right corner

    3. You can check your invoice under Plans and payment menu

  12. I think if you leave the document for a while, the changes you make when you return are not saved, and if you refresh, you will lose everything. I ended up having to take a couple screenshots to add to the download because a couple pages of marking would not download/save.

  13. Hello!
    Our team has all been having regular issues with e-sign (among other things). It regularly will not load and says that it is unavailable. If we reload it several times, eventually we can get it to work, but often it will take an hour or two to load and be used. This has slowed our productivity quite a bit as this is something we use regularly.
    Can you look into this? Is there an compensation that can be offered for our wasted time in trying to get this service to work? Maybe a free month?

  18. I am on the free plan because I am simply evaluating the app's features to determine if it will do what our company needs. However, when I am allowed only one try at a feature, like convert to excel, that is not enough for me to evaluate our different types of layouts.

    Thanks for reaching out. You can start 7 day trial using Upgrade Now option at top banner. It will not charge for initial 7 days and you can cancel the subscription if the product dont suffice your need.

I donot understand inspite of being able to create a digital signature and even 3rd party digital signatures, why is it not possible to use them in adobe sign , it is a very weak proposition when the very purpose of the digitization of signatures is defeated by the platform that was created for it....it is down right silly
