For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Why am I paying money for a program that offers all sorts of editing but can't do the simplest of tasks which is to rotate a pdf to be able to fill in signature and other fields. Our business purchased this program specifically to be able to sign an edit pdfs and now it is useless to us!!!

  2. I uploaded a PDF to sign, but when I get in here you display a message: "This document cannot be edited". But you do not explain why. It's a PDF and I need to sign it. I thought I would give you another chance before I discontinue this lousy service but you continue to disappoint. I refuse to continue this service when it never works for me and any other edit feature you want more money for. I will resort to the old fashion print and sign before I give you any more money.

  4. Online Adobe Acrobat Documents. Good improvements, but convoluted. How come I can't delete with an icon DIRECTLY visible? Why when making a edit of an Adobe Scan PDF does it save it in 'Your Documents'??? I don't want more DUPLICATES. Can be stressful when getting work DONE.

  7. the Adobe home screen pops up every time I open a PDF. Signing in does not help. How can I stop this? It is extremely annoying!

  9. Adobe online account and desktop account keeps crashing. I've done everything I needed to do to uninstall restart clean and fix it. Paying for pro DC and nothing works online or on desktop application.

  10. I sent a document out for three signatures to three different email addresses. Adobe placed the first recipient's signature in all three signature blocks and told me "all recipients signed" the document. This does not work, people!!!!!

  13. I get an Adobe window opening in Edge every time I open a .pdf file. the file will open in the desktop app and then the edge window opens over the top.

  17. ADOBE consistently crashes while using Fill & Sign. This is a known problem since at least 2019 and it still has not been fixed. This is such a buggy program and we have to have a subscription yet the bugs are never corrected.
    I have made changes for all of the suggestion that I have found the the so called "ADOBE help". Total worthless.

  18. Trying to purchase and use your product is an unending nightmare! I have paid and opended difrrent acounts using the following emails to no avail. Linda@FoleyPeden.Com

  19. This file, attached, when I try to open it in your web editor or in the Edge Browser extension, it just shows up blank. I can resave it, I can compress it, I can't search it. But even after resaving or compressing I can't see anything in the document unless I open it up in 1) your offline DC reader, or anyone else's PDF reader, including Edge's own PDF extension/viewer.

    Just figured you might want to know about the issue. I'm not too worried about it, but ya'll might want to use the document for internal troubleshooting.

  20. I have subscribed to Adobe Acrobat for years and have the app on my desktop, but every time I try to open it , I receive a message that my subscription status cannot be verified. When I sign in and try again, there are no results. When I try to download the app again, I get your "Oops" message. In short, Adobe does not work for me; you just take my money and tell me to go jump.
