1. Bug: Cannot mark up a PDF that has editing password applied

   STEPS TO REPRODUCE THE ISSUE:

   Open the sample PDF file (attached) in Adobe Acrobat on your PC. In Acrobat, select 'File' > 'Properties' and note that a password has been applied to restrict editing of the document with 'Commenting', 'Filling of form fields', and 'Signing' unrestricted.

   Now, open this PDF on your iPhone/iPad using the Acrobat Reader app. You will find that even though the PDF has Commenting enabled, there is no option provided to the user to either add comments to the document or apply mark-up using the Apple Pencil.

   If you open the same PDF file in another 3rd party PDF app, such as iAnnotate, you will find that commenting and markup functionality works as expected.

2. Cannot Open PDF File

   I can't open PDF file from emails, whatsapp and other apps. I'm using iPhone 11 and dowloaded the latest iOS 13.1.2.

3. Eraser tool and bookmarks option

   An eraser tool would be excelent , i always have to use "undo option" for all of my adnotations , which is quite frustrating because sometime it will clear all my word, not only a letter. and also not handy at all.

   Also would be great to introduce "create a bookmark option" - because sometime there are long documents that you have to make your own bookmarks as you do on android ( would be great if you could name them yourself , that isn't even on android).

   And special bookmark button would be great too

4. PDF exported without edit

   Hi,
   When sharing a PDF via email on my iPad App Adobe Acrobat, after having filled some fields and signing my PDF on the App, all the changes I made are not visible on the PDF Copy attached to the email.

5. Open PDFs in OneDrive for Business with Intune MAM

   OneDrive for Business and Adobe Acrobat Reader for Intune (iOS) is MAM Enabled. When trying to open a PDF in ONeDrive for Business from the Adobe Reader application, you get the error "The document cannot be opened because it is corrupted or damaged."

   The Adobe app can open PDF's from a personal OneDrive, its only when on a OneDrive for business controlled by Intune MAM (App Protection Policies) it has the issue.

   I believe this is a bug with Adobe Acrobat Reader for Intune (iOS)

6. Scroll comment in drawing mode

   Comment a PDF in the Adobe app is not working correct. I have opened A4 letter form and use the comment function. The lower page is not displayed and I can’t scroll when I am in the comment mode

10. Enable highlight on reading mode/liquid mode

    I need a way to highlight sentences when I use the reading mode or the liquid mode on the ipad. Same goes for the laptop.

11. Highlighting in “reading mode”

    It would be really nice to be able to highlight in “reading mode.” “Reading mode” is much nicer to read in than “single page”—there are fewer distractions—but I would love the ability to highlight! It would make it feel more like reading a real book or document. Thanks!

13. Multiple Conflicted Files

    Right after update to the latest software version, I keep having issues with having multiple conflicted files. I understand that if I edited the same pfd or open the same pdf on different devices will cause conflicted file, but I was just opening pdf on my iPad (without doing any editing or highlight/ underline on the pdf) for some weird reason I will have multiples conflicted files right after that. I tried to close the file right after I open it and still it will create multiple conflicted files. Please fix this bug for ***** sake. I’ve been using Adobe for years and never inflicted with this issue.

14. Different file updating procedure on different iPads

    I use the Acrobat app both on my four iPads and an iPhone7 to frequently update and revise my existing pdf files with newer versions of themselves. On my older iPad 2 and iPad Mini, as well as my iPad fourth-generation, this is a very easy process. I email the PDF to myself and then choose to open it in Adobe. Then, I move it to the folder its earlier version appeared in and it automatically replaces the prior version. That easy process doesn’t exist on the Adobe App designed for my iPad mini 4.

    On my iPad mini 4, unfortunately, to prevent having duplicates, I have to first delete the original version of the PDF. To do that, I have to move from Adobe’s top folder down through my extensive Adobe folder system I created to find the prior version, then delete it, then go back out to the top menu to find the new version of that pdf I updated and then move it all the way back to the folder where the prior version was found. Please change it back to the way it was on my other iPads and my iPhone 7 with respect to this one aspect. This is maddening.

    A second and unrelated problem is with the organization of the Adobe folders and subfolders on my iPad 4th Generation. That one has its own unique Adobe app problem. Specifically, the organization of the sub folders on that model is not alpha numeric but, instead, appears almost completely random. This makes it much harder to find a desired sub folder. Can you please fix the app for that particular iPad model?

15. Quick access to Bookmarks

    Bookmarks panel should be more accessible. One tap instead of two. And since the thumb is closer to the bottom of the screen the bar with tapable options should be at the bottom.

16. Navigation Inconsistencies

    Navigation Fiasco:
    The navigation on the iPad Acrobat Reader is so badly conceived and executed - it is shocking. Home means several things depending on how far you've drilled down and/or where you are located. Navigation should be consistent no matter where you are in an app or website. Period. There’s no simple back button which would be endlessly useful (or at least not present consistently - a common fault with many components of your IA). There's no search that's centric to your location - it only does a global search which is useless if you’ve created folders with multiple iterations of the same document. USELESS. And get rid of the AI stuff - it is everywhere and cannot be turned off - it is taking up too much real estate on an already small screen. Hideous. And once you get into the AI summary you cannot get out without it either running or quitting the app - this is offensive. Seriously RE-THINK your navigation - it is overly cluttered, outrageously inconsistent and seriously unhelpful. In fact it makes working in the app harder, seriously harder. The whole point of an app is to help your clients not hinder them. This is just a hodge-podge of things that you keep patching. It is SHAMEFUL!!!! Fix it !!!!!!!!

17. Offline Mode Enhancement Request

    Working with https://harni.news, we often need to access PDFs without internet connection. Please add the ability to pre-download document batches for offline access with all commenting features enabled. Current offline functionality is too limited for field operations.

18. Interactive buttons no longer work

    Newest update of acrobat (22.04.00) on ios broke interactive buttons and features for files saved to mobile devices. We used these features for product demos and would like to have them re-enabled.

19. Ability to view multiple documents in tabs

    I have recently switched from Microsoft to Apple. I now use an iPad Pro and find it very frustrating that on this device I am unable to open many PDF documents and switch back & forth between documents using tabs. This was available using Windows, so why not iOS? I see this feature has been requested in this forum as far back as 2017. Can we get this added please?
