    I need help with a mutual friend he is contaminated six different devices tonight so I need help to take them out and clean the devices please I’ve had it with this little thing thank you.He will lock me out of my own devices what are you do about that?

  2. Clear ScanされたPDFが、Acrobat上でMarkerなどに反応しない

    Clear ScanされたPDFのうち、特定のページのみ、iOSのAcrobatでマーカーや下線、取り消し線などの注釈が無反応となります(ただし、ペンによる自由書き込みのみ対応)。
    当初はPDFデータのバグを考えましたが、他のリーダーソフトなどでは正確に反応することからも、Acrobatのアプリ上の欠陥と思われます。
    なお、合計3台のiPadで試しましたが、いずれも特定のPDFデータの特定のページについてのみ、同様の現象を確認しました。

  3. crashes & print problems

    Acrobat (iOS) 19.06.02, since several days (?!?) - I don’t know exactly, about every 2nd or 3rd time crashes when I open a PDF file in Files. No big problem as - with 2 clicks - on “Files” and then the same PDFfile, Acrobat opens. This procedure never failed up to now.

    Then there are some PDF files that look good in Acrobat but printing - on an EPSON printer - fails: just headlines and eMail- and URL-links are printed, in wrong colors, ...
    I can’t describe whether these PDF files have something in common (e.g. “generated by program ...…

  4. Hanging Up when Used Simultaneously with other Apps

    After initially opening the app and reading a file, if I switch to another app and reopen Adobe to continue from where I left, it freezes.

    I have failed to open several files on iPad mail recently. The message suggests updates for MacOS orwindows by updating acrobat - nothing about IOS??

  6. Constant prompt to Log in

    Every time I open the app I have to log in again. It’s like my email address and password don’t get saved anymore. I use this app a fair amount and it’s annoying to go get the impossible-to-memorize password in 1Password app every time. Hope this behavior will disappear in a future update! Thank you for looking into this!

    I purchased premium twice and PDF pack once none of them will activate. I cannot purchase another one it is getting expensive to edit pdf’s. Can someone help?

  15. Can not open offline available cloud files

    Downloaded files no longer available offline.
    Download does not work despite internet connection.
    loading icon turns until nothing else happens at all.
    After reinstalling the app, it is still not possible to download from the cloud.

  16. Verschieben von Dateien äußerst umständlich!

    Wenn man eine Datei in einen anderen Ordner verschieben möchte, dann werden im dazugehörigen Dialogfeld nicht nur die zur Auswahl stehenden Ordner angezeigt, was eigentlich logisch wäre, sondern auch sämtliche am Gerät vorhandenen Dateien. Wozu bitte das? Es kann sich nur um einen Fehler handeln. So etwas kann doch niemand absichtlich programmieren.
    Es ist auch kein Buchstabenregister vorhanden um schnell durchs Alphabet navigieren zu können, stattdessen muss man "ewig" lange scrollen, je nach Anzahl der vorhandenen Dateien. Ich habe immerhin 800 davon, da kann das dann schon ganz ordentlich nerven.

  17. Acrobat Reader comments only viewable on mobile, not desktop

    Hi-

    When one user posted markups and comments on a PDF file, the two users who review was sent to could not view the comments on desktop, only on mobile. We could view red markups, but not the comments. We could view the comments on mobile. Here's a link to the file.   18. Problem with flipping pages in iPad 6th gen

    I have been using adobe reader with iPad 6th gen, lately have not been able to flip pages smoothly, they get stuck midway. It doesn’t happen with other apps like iBooks.
    Tried uninstalling and install. But still the problem persists. Adobe version i am using is 19.09.02 (20190917.164021).
