Send PDF as E-mail attachemet
Since the latest Adobe update (version 2019.008.20074), it now requires to save the PDF, then the right pane appears and you need to select "Send as Attachment", then select default and/or custom mail application before the mail application is actually launched. This is so cumbersome compared to what it was in the previous versions.
Why make use jump through so many hoops when it worked fine before? Can we set our defaults so it will turn into a 'One button' operation, or are we at the mercy of the adobe bureaucracy?3 votesHi,

I am so disappointed because this widely used program is too expensive for a person living on disability to afford.
Affordability is way over the top for this idea. A program that is so widely used by most everyone is dangled at us like a bone on a string and we cannot afford to purchase it. A few dollars to thousands of people who can afford it, is millions to a few who cannot make ends meet everyday. Why is there not concessions made for those who simply cannot afford it. The supposed "free" PDF programs are not free, or at least I cannot find one that is. This is ridiculous. Prior to becoming disabled, I went to school and…

Filter comments by checkmark status
Acrobat CC 2019 removed this feature, which was essential for my workflow as a book designer who shuffles through hundreds of revisions from different editors on a single document.

Unable to sign documents
Until recently, I was able to click "fill & sign" and the document would immediately adjust to the proper screen. I was able to apply my saved signature, fill in appropriate forms and send with ease. Now, when I click "fill and sign" it takes me immediately to the attached screen. There is no (obvious) way to sign my document. I have had to open up my docs in "fill and sign" on my phone and send that way (which still works but is very inconvenient).

Add "Comment" features in toolbar to "Send for Review"
The new "Send for Review" feature is fantastic! But it would be EVEN BETTER if it included all the features (Such as "insert text" and "replace text" the stamps feature, and even inserting an audio recording, for some examples. Not

20080 Action Lists no longer can save to folder
The Action Wizards that are custom setup can no longer save to a pre-specified folder.
Previously action would save to a designated folder when "Save to Local Folder" was the option.
It no longer saves at all even though the operation is checked.
What should happen is it should be saved in the folder specified as previously.
I'm running MacOS 10.14 and using Acrobat 20080 on a MacBook Pro.
1 voteFor saving the file to a particular folder you can click on File menu > save as.
The popup opens up now select ‘choose a different folder..’
Now you can save your file to your desired location. -
mark as completed
having 3 steps to complete a comment is now REALLY frustrating. when it was just a check box on the comment it was alot smarter and quicker. not sure why this was hidden in a menu 2 layers down.
Suggest putting it back on the actual comment.1 vote -
Emailing extracted pages
We use to be able to extract a page from a large document and send it to an email as an attachment with just a click or two. Now it is mandatory that the extracted pages be saved first and then attached to an email. This idea seems to be going in a backwards direction. Not only does it take more time to complete, it is taking more disk space to re-save the pages that are already saved in the original document. Please put this feature back the way it was.

Why did you remove the mail to feature? That is more handy than share.
Keep the 'mail to' feature

PLEASE NO
You are telling me that I have to save every single document I extract as it's own before I can send it to a recipient via email???? This is going to make my life so much harder and the only reason I even purchased this product was to make it easier to scan multiple documents at once and then being able to quickly extract and send via email each single document I have extracted. How do I go BACK to the old Adobe...I will cancel if there is nothing to remedy this issue.

MAKE SEND EASIER
Hi, the sending of a PDF has added more clicks. You now have to click the mail button which opens the share bar on the right hand side you then need to click the 'send as attachment' then 'continue'
up until recently i used to click the mail button and it would open the default mail system (outlook). with the pdf already attached.
NOW UNNECESSARY AMOUNT OF CLICKS.

Email from PDF
Emailing from a PDF just got way more complicated than it needed to be. Please change it back to one click instead of multiple clicks and options.

Please restore the connector between Creative Cloud and Adobe Acrobat / Reader
You used to have access to Creative Cloud files when logging in with Adobe ID on Acrobat or Reader (on PC or iPhone). A recent update removed this function. Please bring this back! We like to collaborate and edit/view files from Creative Cloud whether on a mobile device or desktop. Creative Cloud needs to be a "storage account" again.
