  1. When connected to a external monitor the acrobat DC doesn't scale. After disconnecting from external monitor the app needs to be closed as it causes issue with reconnection to the external monitor. This is on Mac.

  2. Paid for updates as opposed to overpriced over featured subscription service. Whilst subscription is a great idea for your bottom line at the moment, in the long term people will like myself be put off and a rival will appear to take fill the vacuum = "It is far easier to keep an existing customer than to find a new one, once you lose a customer you will never get them back"

  3. When people work with adobe acrobat, they have say 10 tabs open.
    when you close the app to re start the system, you loose the tabs
    is almost impossible to remember what was open and it sucks
    the expert at adobe pro, told me, is the way it is
    really? :) txs

    Yes! This is actually as designed. Regardless, thanks for reporting, we might revisit it in the future.

  4. Since a few months ago, PDF documents are opening off screen - after the firs PDF is open. So the first PDF we open is in the expected place and size. The second PDF opens on the main screen at a size that cuts off the top of the window so you cannot just grab and move it. I've searched help pages for months, and all of them are geared toward the users working around this bug. We have been doing this, but it seems like a very fixable issue. Windows 10 Pro, Adobe Acrobat X

  5. Should have just make some tweeks to older version. This is like learning an entirely new software. Developers need to leave well enough alone!

  14. crashes on 'edit pdf' > editing content, if pressed delete (not backspase), simply crashed and quits.

  15. I get PDF files that I need to mailmerge.
    I have to mailmerge in word to PDF then add background to file.

  16. Mac Book Pro's 3rd party login is impossible. It is a major bug, I called apple three times to look into it without much response. I cannot log in to Adobe using the 3rd party system to save documents to the cloud even if Adobe is open with my credentials. Adobe request that I log in but when doing so the login form is responsive. Thus I am unable to use the function even if the program is already logged in in a separate tag.

  17. arrêter de faire des versions des logiciels nulles et non abouties car vous nous parasiter et ralentisser notre travail, et des mises à jour qui ne sont là encore pas performantes

  18. Adobe Acrobat does not load Adobe Spark links and therefore cannot convert the pages into a pdf. This needs to happen.

  19. I can no longer us the 'envelope' button to send pdfs through my outlook on my MacBook. If I attempt to, it freezes and I have to force quit. I have to Save the pdf first and then attach through outlook. I know several others experiencing this same issue. It is very frustrating considering the convenience that button once had. PLEASE FIX THIS! :\

  20. DC is not worthy of professionals. Bring back a professional grade Acrobat like 8 or 9 and stop with the cute icons.........
