  1. Adobe Acrobat version 21.001.20135 appears to have a bug related to pasting contents from Excel and LibreOffice. The contents will paste in as an image instead of text in the focused textbox being edited. Troubleshooting this with Adobe support had no luck, but Adobe support was able to successfully downgrade me to version 20.013.20064, which does not have this issue. Thank you.

  2. Currently, PDFMaker tags table headers as <TH> when "Header Row" and/or "First Column" are checked in Word. However, it does not change the default scope, column span, or row span of the headers based on these values.

    Description of desired feature:
    * For each table header tag added by "Header Row", set the Scope attribute to "Column".

  3. Adobe Team,

    I have created several thousand Acrobat DC PDFs that contain multiple embedded videos. All of those thousands of PDFs worked pretty much perfectly. Now, due to discontinuation of Flash, none work. I cannot create those PDFs with embedded video. What a nightmare. Please, if you can create a new version of Acrobat DC that restores the capability to embed video, I'll be happy to send flowers! Or money, how about money!? Everything else works fine with Acrobat DC... get the capability back! Thanks, Scott

  4. When you have elements with no alt-text you get accessibility errors when running the checker. However, if you right click on the error and choose "fix" and walk through the items and mark them as decorative, instead of actually making them an artifact it simply changes the tag to "Artifact" which is not a valid tag and creates other errors. You then have to go in and properly designate the objects as Artifacts properly for the other errors to go away. VERY Frustrating. Come on Adobe Acrobat!

    This is a repeatable condition and needs to be fixed immediately please!

    Hi,
    Thank you for contacting us. I have raised the issue with the engineering team. We have kept it our radar and will be fixing it in the near future.

    Meanwhile I would suggest you to use Reading Order tool to mark the Figure as Artifact for fixing the issue.

    Please update to the latest version of Acrobat Pro DC to experience new features.

  5. Add an option to the Microsoft Word Adobe Acrobat driver that allows to save as PDF with the "Navigation Tab" - "Bookmarks panel and Page" property of the PDF file activated by default.
    Currently it needs to be activated manually. The driver only saves with the "Navigation Tab" - "Page Only" option.
    Other Drivers such as AutoCAD; however, save as PDF with the "Navigation Tab" - "Bookmarks panel and Page" property of the PDF file activated by default.

  7. When converting documents that contain embedded documents to PDF, the final product should keep those embedded documents intact instead of converting them to images - forcing you to go back one by one and reembed the document.

  8. I use Acrobat Pro to "Request Signatures". In the past I have misspelled email addresses and now they show up in the auto-complete. Would love a way to clear our incorrect emails or even just clear out all auto-complete emails and start over.

  9. Our organisation has Acrobat linked to our Sharepoint page, which we upload hundreds of work orders to. Our tradesmen will then simply open the relevant work order folder, and check out a work order .pdf as they are using it.
    Currently they will have to sort through the hundreds of open work orders however, as the search bar in the top right corner does not recognise Sharepoint file/folder names, only local.

  10. The form below is an Adobe PDF printout from an Excel spreadsheet. For some reason, fill & sign always adds unwanted, mandatory fields to my document, they just appear, and I have to delete them every time. I send this form for signature dozens of times per week, so this is becoming more time consuming the more I use fill and sign. Your help with this bug would be most appreciated.

The Acrobat Plugin for Microsoft Outlook on Windows, which enables Users to create an Adobe PDF Portfolio from any Mailbox or Folder while preserving the "From", "Subject" and "Date" fields while also embedding all attachments, is an INCREDIBLY powerful feature that is crucial to many of our business practices. Unfortunately, at this time, this feature is only available on the Windows version of Microsoft Outlook, thus forcing me to run a Windows 10 Virtual Machine explicitly to perform this task.   12. when you put a checkmark on a page, then save it, and come back, the check mark MOVES to another part of the page. this is frustrating, why does this happen? I need to be able to tic/tac numerous points of data, and a MOVING checkmark does not help.

  13. I trying the Adobe Acrobat DC Pro for the signature. See attached snapshot. It gives me a forbidden error and loops on the error that is difficult to get out of. Please fix bug.

  14. I currently have an Adobe Acrobat DC Pro account and regularly use the e-signature option. I love that the emails usually populate when I begin typing the name/email address. We recently changed email domains within our organization and I have several old or incorrect email addresses in my "contact list". This has led to the selection of incorrect emails and I have to cancel the signature requests and start the process over again.

  15. I've been advised by customer service that it's impossible to issue a document to yourself ONLY to sign - it MUST also go to someone else. This doesn't sound like it makes sense but apparently that's the way it is.
    So, functionality should exist that I can put a document in the cloud or issue it to myself only to sign, which I can then pick up on mobile phone so that I can sign with my finger.

  16. Please allow for access to cloud documents in MAC Finder. I'm befuddled as to why this isn't an option yet. This would greatly improve my workflow as I wouldn't have to go on the web for access....AND it seems like a very simple fix.

  18. The included images are screen shots of 2 PDFs we are working with.
    Both are in the same format with different data & overall structure remains the same.
    “Aa” doc was converted as in the same format & structure of the PDF itself,
    but “B” doc was converted with incorrect sequence of data lines.
    To be precise ,in “B” doc the row after “issue date”, With “Buyer: xxxxxxx Vendor:tttttt Manufac**** Agent:****”
    Came below the Line:02 row box, after the conversion of doc from pdf to excel.

    “Aa-Converted” and “B-convereted” are the converted excel files of Aa & B correspondingly.

  19. When using Acrobat (Mac version) and Adobe Sign the key sequence command + cursor left navigates the page resulting in loss of work. The expected behavior (typical for an application) is that this sequence moves the cursor. I think this is happening because of how the functionality is simply presented from the web in the app, but it's annoying.

  20. When a valid date is entered using a format different from the format specified by the form date field, Acrobat automatically converts this to the specified format on-screen. However the saved data remains in the originally-entered (incorrect) format.

    Example: Field Name: "DateOfBirth" Format: mm/dd/yyyy

    Entered: "12 Aug 2002" Form displays: "08/12/2002" following entry

    It APPEARS the date was converted to the specified format.

    Export Data saves this as: ... <</T(DateOfBirth)/V(12 Aug 2002)>> ...

    This indicates the original entry was saved, not the converted date.

    This SHOULD be saved as: ... <</T(DateOfBirth)/V(03/12/2002)>> ...
