  1. Adobe Sign Recipient e-mail feature

In Adobe Sign, the process to send a signature could be more efficient after adding yourself as a signer in the first recipient field. After doing so, Adobe Sign could have instant suggestions on who to send the document to based on how often this recipient's signature is requested.

  2. Option to change signature color in Fill & Sign feature of Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017.

We are using Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. Our management uses Fill & Sign feature frequently for signing various documents. The default color of signature is black and Acrobat Pro 2017 does not allow to change the color of drawn signature. We would request to please introduce this feature in Acrobat Pro 2017 as is available in Adobe Acrobat DC,

  5. When Saving File Shows -Signed When Signature Is Added As In Previous Releases

In previous Acrobat users save the pdf and -signed suffix would be in the save file. Please add option to DC. The Accounting Firm just switched to DC, and does not have this automatic option now.

  6. [Reader DC] Fill & Sign Comb Field does not work with Central European characters

When typing Fill & Sign text, as soon as a Central European character is entered, Fill & Sign switches to another font. If the field is a comb field, it switches from a monospaced font to a proportional one and breaks the feature completely, the letters don't fit anymore into boxes that Adobe Reader shows.

Additionally, even for normal text fields, this fallback means that different fields use different font depending on if any regional characters are there or not. The result looks inconsistent and ugly.

  7. Autolinks need to recognise URL without www.

Working for a UK University, we produce pdf.publications for the youth demographic, from prospectuses to course guides. It appears that Adobe is unable to autolink a URL in a pdf. that doesn't contain https:// or www. This is extremely old fashioned and not good practice from a design point of view. In 2020, it is widely accepted that these prefixes are not used, so I would like to requested that the autolink can be programmed in a way which reads these as URLs in a pdf. for example: swansea.ac.uk/research

I imagine this is not a unique issue, anybody creating pdfs…

  9. Invert colours on images embedded in pdf files.

Invert colours on images embedded in pdf files.

    Hi

I'm visually impaired. I find anything with a white background unreadable.

I can change text and text background colours to make text readable but I cannot find a method to change colours used in images embedded in pdf files.

Please can you add an accessibility option to invert colours in embedded images so black becomes white and white becomes black. NB. All colours will need to be inverted not just black and white.

  10. Add support for the Data URL scheme

Currently, embedded links which use the Data URL schema are blocked by Adobe Acrobat even when adjusting security settings. Adobe Acrobat doesn't need to support reading these links as they're simply opened in a browser, but we need Acrobat to stop blocking these links. I've attached an example PDF with an embedded data url.

It is essential for the user to be able to disable the default view settings that were set by the creator of the document (often stupidly).

In 35+ years of using computer software, this is the dumbest default setting I have ever seen, and it creates serious usability issues for those wishing to use Acrobat for business purposes (i.e. not graphic design/web design/desktop publishing/etc)

Please IMMEDIATELY ASAP fix this so that the user can disable these default settings and thus view documents effectively instead of spending loads of time fixing display *****-ups caused by the content creator's clumsy use of…

  12. Increase document size on cloud conversion

I find myself unable to convert a word document file to pdf with proper hyperlinks for the table of contents. Please either increase the size limit for conversion of the files on Document Cloud and/or enable preferences option in Microsoft application for better conversion of files including attaining the hyperlinks in the documents and other features.

  13. Installer Download link broken for non Document Cloud users

Users assigned Desktop Only versions of Acrobat can log into Adobe.com, but the installer download links go to Document Cloud, and they receive Access Denied errors. Please relocated the installers to an accessible location and update the links.

  14. Font size adjustment after making subscripts reverts subscripts to normal font size

When changing anything within a text field to a subscript or superscript, and then changing the font size of the entire field later, the subscript or superscripts are also changed to that font size. In most cases, it would be preferable to maintain characters or words that are subscripted/superscripted during an overall font size change.

  15. Batch superscript or subscript within a field

Holding the Command key (Mac) or Control key (Windows) should allow for selecting/highlighting multiple, separate characters or words within a text field. Similar to how the Shift key can be used to select/highlight a single range of characters.

This would allow easier batch modification, to be used when making many singular characters within a paragraph into subscripts, for instance. Command or Control-selecting each character to be modified then enables the user to only have to click the subscript button once, instead of for each character after highlighting.

  16. Please incorporate a text e-form feature

Adobe currently has capabilities to send forms via e-mail, but this feature would also be terrific to have to send via text.

  18. File default zoom option when creating pdf from Word file

When creating a pdf from a Word file, it would be useful to be able to set the default zoom of the file.
From posts on other platforms, it appears that some get random default zooms on their files.

  20. Tool to Delete Multiple Files from 'Shared for Viewing'

It would be extremely useful to be able to highlight and delete multiple uploads from the 'Shared for Viewing' page. It's very time consuming having to delete individual files to create space for new uploads.

    Please look into this.

    Thank you.
