Why is your website displaying my account in Italian?
I am an English Speaker and I have ALL my adobe products set to English.
This is unacceptable. Please fix it or I will start using other products. I come across too many instances of things not working properly with your products, or not continuing to work correctly. I really don't think I'll bother next time0 votes -

I found out my cancellation from a few months ago failed and I've been paying for nothing.
I just found out I was paying 30 a month for the photoshop program that I haven't used since a school class. I thought I had cancelled it at the end of class but it didn't. Is there any chance I can get refunded for that time, please?

desk top app refuses to work - leeps telling me trial is over but I am subscribed.
Hi. I have been subscribed to pro C for months and regardless of what I do the APP will not work on my desktop - just keeps asking me to to buy/activate despite being signed in and having already paid a small fortune to use the service.. I have uninstalled/reinstalled.. singed in and out. logged on and off - it JUST DOES NOT WORK! Any ideas? I am getting rather sick of paying for someting that doesn't function correctly..
