For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I think if you leave the document for a while, the changes you make when you return are not saved, and if you refresh, you will lose everything. I ended up having to take a couple screenshots to add to the download because a couple pages of marking would not download/save.

  2. Hello!
    Our team has all been having regular issues with e-sign (among other things). It regularly will not load and says that it is unavailable. If we reload it several times, eventually we can get it to work, but often it will take an hour or two to load and be used. This has slowed our productivity quite a bit as this is something we use regularly.
    Can you look into this? Is there an compensation that can be offered for our wasted time in trying to get this service to work? Maybe a free month?

  7. I am on the free plan because I am simply evaluating the app's features to determine if it will do what our company needs. However, when I am allowed only one try at a feature, like convert to excel, that is not enough for me to evaluate our different types of layouts.

    Thanks for reaching out. You can start 7 day trial using Upgrade Now option at top banner. It will not charge for initial 7 days and you can cancel the subscription if the product dont suffice your need.

I donot understand inspite of being able to create a digital signature and even 3rd party digital signatures, why is it not possible to use them in adobe sign , it is a very weak proposition when the very purpose of the digitization of signatures is defeated by the platform that was created for it....it is down right silly

  10. Why am I paying money for a program that offers all sorts of editing but can't do the simplest of tasks which is to rotate a pdf to be able to fill in signature and other fields. Our business purchased this program specifically to be able to sign an edit pdfs and now it is useless to us!!!

  11. I uploaded a PDF to sign, but when I get in here you display a message: "This document cannot be edited". But you do not explain why. It's a PDF and I need to sign it. I thought I would give you another chance before I discontinue this lousy service but you continue to disappoint. I refuse to continue this service when it never works for me and any other edit feature you want more money for. I will resort to the old fashion print and sign before I give you any more money.

  13. Online Adobe Acrobat Documents. Good improvements, but convoluted. How come I can't delete with an icon DIRECTLY visible? Why when making a edit of an Adobe Scan PDF does it save it in 'Your Documents'??? I don't want more DUPLICATES. Can be stressful when getting work DONE.

  16. the Adobe home screen pops up every time I open a PDF. Signing in does not help. How can I stop this? It is extremely annoying!

  18. Adobe online account and desktop account keeps crashing. I've done everything I needed to do to uninstall restart clean and fix it. Paying for pro DC and nothing works online or on desktop application.

  19. I sent a document out for three signatures to three different email addresses. Adobe placed the first recipient's signature in all three signature blocks and told me "all recipients signed" the document. This does not work, people!!!!!
