For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. This online version of adobe acrobat genuinely sucks. I just spent like two hours reading and annotating something assigned for a class and I went to try and make a comment on something I highlighted and it stopped working, and I kept pressing wait when I was getting the page unresponsive pop up and it just never fixed itself and so I had to reload the page and I lost all of my annotations and comments. PLEASE FIX THIS ONLINE VERSION OF ADOBE BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE TIME TO HAVE MISHAPS LIKE THIS AS A COLLEGE STUDENT!

  3. There has been instability in the structure of the Adobe Acrobat window for some time. That appears to be fixed, but now the program will not recognize where my mouse is on any secondary tools that appear when click on a document.

  4. Your product is BROKEN. I want a refund. None of the "Remove background" functionalities work at all. The app freezes every time I even look at it. I sneeze, it freezes, I blink, FROZEN. What's going on over there, Adobe? Ya'll ok? Do I need to just use Figma for now on? They definitely have it together, and I'm confused why you don't?

  6. the tool section functionality is HORRIBLE.. since you changed to not having to click the selection each time it is FRUSTRATING to edit the original selection (arrow, line, box, comment).

  7. To whom it may concern,

    When I edit a PDF on this platform and download the edited file, my computer will sometimes take the name of the file that Adobe Acrobat automatically assigns.
    The name is so long the file gets an error where it cannot be deleted from my desktop. The file works, but I cannot delete it. This is the second time this has happened to me and last time it took my IT department over 2 weeks to figure out how to delete it!.

  9. When adding text to certain documents, the application will delete random text, sometimes all of it and sometimes just a few letters here and there. It has been a terrible experience when completing multi-page documents.

  17. Adobe is repeatedly deleting random text. I spent 5 hours yesterday repairing my book, only to wake up this morning to find new errors in different places throughout the document.

    I am extremely frustrated that there is not a clear solution to this issue online.

  18. literally the cloud version of adobe is the WORST version of your product. nothing that i used before works. I have always loved adobe products but this online version literally makes me want to rip my hair out. please make this user friendly like it used to be. I hate this version of the product.

  19. You should be able to copy and paste an image to a doc in Adobe, without having to save a snippet as a Photo to a computer. It's 2024, not 2008. The fact you can't simply copy and paste a snippet into a doc while editing a doc in Adobe doesn't make any sense. Also, Adobe does this irritating thing I can't fix where I go to print a document and afterwards Adobe changes the orientation of my documents. I hate this feature, and despite googling how to fix it, I can't fix it. I don't like editing docs in…

  20. I'm not sure what was done to adobe - but it does not let me add text boxes (or a signature) anymore and only wants me to edit the document. Whatever was done is definitely NOT an upgrade and adobe is no longer user-friendly.
