For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Your dark mode leaves the document white- you are missing the point of dark mode. It reduces eye fatigue by reducing white backgrounds, including documents. Also, I cannot put my name/initial on my comments. It auto selected "A" which is not relevent to anything. This is dumb. Gdocs is more user friendly, and has smarter auto options, which isn't saying much.

    We apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced while using Acrobat Web. Currently, Acrobat Web does not support dark mode in the document area. Thank you for providing us with your valuable feedback. We will discuss this suggestion internally to determine how we can incorporate it into our future plans.

    Regarding the issue with names/initials in the comments, could you please share the steps you followed? This will allow us to better assist you in resolving the problem. A screenshot of the issue you are facing would be greatly appreciated.

  2. It always crashes when I compress a pdf file. I don't know it always crashes even though my internet is perfectly fine or it is one your tricks to let your consumers to buy the subscription. You are all words saying this application is free with the free version you can COMPRESS, edit, and organize files but it always crashes when it reach 100%. You are all greedy for money without considering those who can't afford the premium version of this. You aren't the man of your words. Thank you and may God bless you always

  4. I just had to pay a different website in order to simply compress a PDF document because Adobe's PDF compressor couldn't upload my docs all the way. It always stopped exactly 5MB short on a single document, or 10MB short on two documents. It's pretty ridiculous that I pay over $50 a month and STILL have to pay someone else to do simple things because your tools aren't working when I need them. Just read another comment that this is a known issue. FIX IT.

  5. I am frustrated that my pdf have a flashing line which makes it super irritating to read. Second, I can not highlight documents I need to read for a doctoral program. Again, frustrating when I need to study.

  6. I am no longer receiving emails when documents are e-signed. All my notifications settings are set to send emails, but as of recently those have stopped. I won't be able to keep using this service if I am not properly notified when docs are signed.

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature, could you provide more information about your problem? Since when have you stop getting the emails?  if you don't have them in your junk email? and any other information you deem relevant.

    You can also check the status of your agreements in Acrobat web, in Documents under Agreements or you can search for it

  7. This entire thing is useless. What is the actual point of this? I thought I would be able to edit the pdf and cannot. I should be able to edit text and images without needing to use other websites.

  9. 1) Page labels in the web app does not work the same as the desktop app. I would even say it does not work at all.

    2) Bookmarks in the web app sometimes show and sometimes do not show. Sometimes Refreshing the page helps (the bookmarks appear), but then they dissappear again. I would say bookmarks are not being supported in the web app.

    3) I cannot change the color properties of the bookmarks in the web app. If I have changed the color properties of a PDF in the desktop add to red, and then upload the pdf in…

    1. Can you please help to elaborate the issue you faced while using Page Labels? Meanwhile please find the documentation for Page Labels(Numbered Pages) on Acrobat Web https://helpx.adobe.com/document-cloud/help/number-pages.html to assist you with the feature on the web.
    2. For bookmark issue, Is the issue happening only on one file or happening for others also? Is it possible to share the file with us to look into this further?
    3. Sorry to hear that, Colour properties are not available in Web yet, it is highly recommended to use desktop for properties feature on bookmarks.
    4. We looked into details and found out your Acrobat Pro subscription on Enterprise profile is not active anymore, Only Acrobat web free service is enabled with your personal account.

  10. absolutely a pain in the neck. Sticks all the time. Supposedly you can save files to the 'creative cloud' (why do you not have names that links to your products - is this an acrobat cloud in which case why don't you call it that) and anyway despite saving no files appear. Really a very annoying app. And the basic and the pro and the reader and the DC - how many version of this thing are there?

  13. the updated version of adobe is absolutely terrible! it is impossible to work with, edit and do all of the things I was able to do before the upgrade. i will have to find another product as this is awful!

  16. Make it easy to select an item you've added. I inserted a picture, and trying to select it to move it to the location I want is a NIGHTMARE.
