Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    1) You can add image only if you have subscription for editing. Can you please check your subscription (Go to Profile -> Account -> Subscription Status)
    2) Is it happening for all files or with any specific document only?
    2) Share the screenshot and description of what exact issue you’re facing in editing the PDF file.
    3) The device configuration that you’re using (Platform/Browser)

  2. Hi there, you have a fault with Adobe sign. When you open a PDF that has been altered and signed the changes to not show up on the PDF when opened in an iPhone. They show when opened on PC in Adobe but not on iPhone> The auto generated email with the document also does not show the changes when opened on my phone. This is a massive issue.

  3. When I tried to request signature from the web, I want to add only Signature but there is no such component in web version. There is only Signature, date, etc. combine into one even if I select type as Signature.

    Please add "Signature only" in web version.

  6. I was alarmed to find a sensitive document shared in my Adobe cloud account. It would be good if it were harder to accidentally share a document, easier to unshare it, and possible to see the full sharing and viewing history of a file.

  7. Ogni volta che provo a modificare (con evidenziazioni, testo ecc.) un PDF contenuto sul mio Google Drive ottengo:

    Conflitto nel salvataggio
    Le tue modifiche sono in conflitto con quelle che hai apportato tu stesso allo stesso tempo

    Possiedo un solo client attivo. Nessuna sessione Google Drive aperta. Questo messaggio appare dalal seconda modifica in poi, in una sessione sul PDF con Acrobat.

  9. I am using a top of the line MacBook pro and have maximum Xfinity WiFi speed with extenders. This service is still unreasonably slow, and I would prefer to cancel except you lock me in after the 14 day trial period for a year? I will warn the world about you on all social media outlets!

  14. This is the most frustrating system I've ever used. I can't even access my files that way you have me set up here. Please stop charging me $14.99 a month for such lousy service Adobe!

  16. This is organization account and I am the admin on this but still I can't use this software.

  20. Attempting to compress a PDF (56Mb) using your site as guest and also after creating an account.

    The compression fails at about 70% irrespective of if I use 'High', 'Medium', or 'Low' option.

    I even changed the filename to less than 8 characters to see if that made a difference.

    Having tried so many times your FREE site is now asking me to register.

    I would appreciate your support as I really need to compress this file.
