Fail
On-line version of Acrobat does not have the function I require (redaction).
Desktop version of Acrobat does not install (and takes forever to not install because of requiring prior installation of Creative Cloud app).

Thanks for reaching out to us. Acrobat web dies not support Redact yet but it is in our roadmap for future. But I can surely guide on how you can install Acrobat desktop without installing creative cloud. You can directly download Acrobat desktop from CC web - https://www.adobe.com/creativecloud/plans.html?promoid=9MZL48D3&mv=other

Aplikaci jsme chtěla pouze na zkoušku!!!
Po zkušební době došlo automaticky ke stržení peněz, aniž bych platbu potvrdila.
Účet chci obratem zrušit.

PDFs will NOT open on my laptop!
Cannot open any PDFs on my laptop. Have spent hours upon hours and my IT guy has spent hours upon hours trying to resolve it.

Bad product, demands personal info
Impossible to reorder pages successfully, at least on Firefox. Ridiculous to require a login at the last moment. I regret giving you my email address.

Files not sending out for signature
Had some really frustrating when sending files out for 2 signatures they just were not being received !!!

Page freezes when trying to edit text
Each time I open a file and select edit, it does not allow me to make changes and ends up saying the page can not reload.

Signatures not in the correct place
I placed boxes for signatures. The document is coming back with separate signature areas nowhere near where the boxes are placed. How can this happen?

Gets stuck at 72% uploading when specify where to fill and sign.
Why can I not the e-signature to work? I have used this several times and now all of a sudden it will not work. I have uninstalled adobe and reinstalled and still not working.

Esign GR characters issue
E-signing a document using GR characters from a browser changes the font and the full name is not displayed correctly

horrible product... would select multiple categories if that were an option
My product experience could be improved by having any of the programs I am needing to use work consistently. 75% of the time, nothing works... I get a blank screen when I use a product. This morning, I attempted to combine 12 single PDF files into one... BLANK SCREEN. Yesterday, I tried to convert a PDF file into a Word document... BLANK SCREEN.

Decent grader tool. The eraser didn't always work and some of the information didn't save when downloaded, so I had to rely on screenshots.
I think if you leave the document for a while, the changes you make when you return are not saved, and if you refresh, you will lose everything. I ended up having to take a couple screenshots to add to the download because a couple pages of marking would not download/save.

JPG not supported for conversion to PDF
I uploaded my .jpg file to "Convert JPG to PDF", but it says format is not supported for conversion

You seem to have changed my plan so I can't send files the way I did in the past. You no longer allow a file to be sent to me or create a link for download

Feature request attaching files
Tell me the reason why I'm not able to attach files to my PDF instead of just greying out the button. Give me the reason why! This software is frustrating.

Adobe Sign Automated Setup Changes
There must have been some update to adobe sign which prevents automatic field recognition? It worked previously, but I know there was a revamp in the online document management system.
Is there any best practice guides to getting the automatic signatures to line up when sending?
