My product experience could be improved by having any of the programs I am needing to use work consistently. 75% of the time, nothing works... I get a blank screen when I use a product. This morning, I attempted to combine 12 single PDF files into one... BLANK SCREEN. Yesterday, I tried to convert a PDF file into a Word document... BLANK SCREEN.
