horrible product... would select multiple categories if that were an option

My product experience could be improved by having any of the programs I am needing to use work consistently. 75% of the time, nothing works... I get a blank screen when I use a product. This morning, I attempted to combine 12 single PDF files into one... BLANK SCREEN. Yesterday, I tried to convert a PDF file into a Word document... BLANK SCREEN.

    Hi Tiffany,

    Thanks for reaching out and apology for any inconvenience caused. It would be great if you can share PDF files with us which are not working for you. Can you please share any error screen that you may be seeing?
