For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I am have problems with attempting to edit PDF's. Some pages will edit just fine. But then other pages, when it is trying to convert to editable text, seem to just freeze up and it will keep loading forever. Very frustrating. and can't seem to figure out a way around it.

  2. I thought I was paying for adobe professional but this acts nothing like it, it's clunky and continues to spin on save endlessly, changes the orientation of my pdfs when i go to edit them and screws everything up. I've wasted the last 4 hours messing with this program to do simple crop and save tasks. What a waste. Forums state there are setting options, but I guess I'm not allowed to access those as I can't locate any options other than a very basic few that have nothing to do with the actual program settings. SO happy to see…

  3. I am SO disgusted by the number of times your product either glitches or requires a RELOAD and loses all of my work. It's beyond ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  5. Adobe eSignature continues to send emails with document to be signed AFTER we have received the signed document. This is happening days and weeks after we no longer need the signature. How do I stop this from happening. It is annoying enough that I'm prepared to go to a different auto signature application.

  6. Product crashes, doesn't allow me to use Insert Text. Document cannot be saved. Problem reading the document!! FIX YOUR PRODUCT!!

    We are sorry that you are having trouble with this feature. Could you check if the email wasn't sent to spam or in Acrobat you can check the status of the agreement and see if it was actually sent? and comment back with your findings please.

  9. Editing a PDF is impossible. The websites crashes at least 3 times while I try to relocate some items on the page. this should take no more than 20 minutes and I end up sitting for hours trying to figure out what is wrong with this application. I have the paid version and it works sometimes. How can I possibly fix this

  10. There is something wrong with your "initials" for contracts. The client is trying to do it, but when it comes back to me the signatures are there, but the spots for initials are blank/missing.

  15. Your products are absolutely terrible. I cannot do extremely simple things. I can't change the color of these boxes. I can't even move them. I can't send them to the back of my PDF. Thanks for charging me money to use the most frustrating product of all time.

  18. The software changed the font and bolding of some of the text. It also moved the text up slightly, meaning I had to adjust it all. When I fixed all of the errors the software created, it deleted all of the unedited text. I usually never give feedback but this was such a poor result I felt I had to tell someone.

  20. I have a single seat pro license. When I try to convert a PDF to a Word document I get a window that says I do not have access and I need to contact my IT Administrator. What? Single seat... there is no administrator. I am it. What do I do to remove this PITA constraint?
