Can't select text on PDF's Adobe online

Why on earth would I want to use Adobe online when it doesn't even let me select text from a PDF unlike opening it with Edge or Chrome PDF viewer

1) Is it happening for all files or with any specific document only? Will it be possible to share a sample file with us?

2) The device configuration that you’re using (OS and Browser name)
