You suck
I uploaded a PDF to sign, but when I get in here you display a message: "This document cannot be edited". But you do not explain why. It's a PDF and I need to sign it. I thought I would give you another chance before I discontinue this lousy service but you continue to disappoint. I refuse to continue this service when it never works for me and any other edit feature you want more money for. I will resort to the old fashion print and sign before I give you any more money.
