Product is Frustrating
I use this tool to create and edit PDFs and collect e-signatures using "Create Web Form" and "Request E-Signatures." Adobe seems to get more complicated and more difficult to use. A few specific complaints:
(1) stop with all the interruptions about your new features. I don't want to take tours and learn about new features. I don’t need to learn how to edit a PDF. I don’t want to watch videos about Adobe. I have work to do and you're getting in my way.
(2) I pay for this, it's buggy, it crashes. I just had to uninstall and re-install because Adobe wouldn't open a PDF, in fact Adobe wouldn't open at all. This happens too often.
(3) I don't want AI assistant, stop trying to force it down my throat.
(4) you recently changed the e-sign with password process, It was a pain ********** to learn the new process. Why do you change basic features so dramatically?
(5) PW doesn’t even work right! Using "Create Web Form" there is a password option. But it never prompts the user to enter the password. In fact, the PDF is not PW protected at all!
Get it sorted. I use this tool to be more productive, not frustrated!
