Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  5. Compress PDF STILL not working

    I just had to pay a different website in order to simply compress a PDF document because Adobe's PDF compressor couldn't upload my docs all the way. It always stopped exactly 5MB short on a single document, or 10MB short on two documents. It's pretty ridiculous that I pay over $50 a month and STILL have to pay someone else to do simple things because your tools aren't working when I need them. Just read another comment that this is a known issue. FIX IT.

  6. Compression not working

    I can't compress a file, unless I choose the highest compression (which looks terrible). So what am I paying for if your tools don't work?

  11. Adobe UI Team Strikes Again!

    Congratulations for upholding a long-standing Adobe tradition with your recent redesign of Acrobat's UI!!

    In scanning a document (Windows 11, all updates installed) the UI started going wonky after the scan completed...and nothing displayed anywhere until I decided to try and exit Acrobat. At which point the scanned document finally appeared.

    Adobe has some of the most clever programmers on the planet when it comes to app capabilities. But the team that develops and maintains product UIs have to be some of the most incompetent programmers who ever lived.

  13. get a business only solution that actually works for just documents without all of the coreldraw wannabe apps.

    most of the time docs dont load correctly. Im trying to merge 3 pdfs and one is blank forms. Colossal waste of time to have to do everything multiple times.

  16. cannot convert from pdf to word or word to pdf

    I Cannot convert any files. it friezes at the end and takes more them 20/25 mins and still does not convert the files from word or from PDF.
    can you help ?
    otherwise this will be end of my time with you guys.

  19. Web Version Is Horrible and Frustrating

    This online version sucks! I hate it. I miss my old desktop version where I can batch import a bunch of PDF's. The interface is also horrible and non-intuitive. I'm going to request our IT look for a different tool to edit PDF's.
