For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Connect to Creative Cloud

    Hello!

    How can I connect Document Cloud to Creative cloud? And why are they separated in the first place..Or alternatively, Adobe Scan app should have an option to save the pdf in the creative cloud instead.

  2. Cannot Upload Files

    Hi! I am an Adobe Employee, Emily Jansen. The upload functionality has not been working on Document Cloud for 2 weeks. I keep getting the message "Error Uploading - Timeout or network error". My colleagues have told me that they are experiencing the same issue. I use the Document Cloud to share presentations with customers and this is forcing me to use competing solutions like DropBox. I primarily use Google Chrome as my browser.

    We identified and corrected an issue that was affecting uploads of large files.

  3. Can't use keyboard to delete files or folders.

    Don't like having to use the mouse to delete files and folders, but the new interface forces me to do so.

  4. Enhancement to the software feature.

    Hi, can I choose which files to be uploaded to cloud and which files to save only on Devices like laptop and mobile? Thanks.

  8. Update completely buggered my workflow

    Since the update, Document Cloud is completely broken. It no longer supports any of the PDFs that I normally use (and worked before the update), nor does it function in Chrome now. This is severely interfering with my workflow pipeline. PLEASE FIX.

  9. backwards Hebrew file names

    Hello.
    File names in Hebrew have a backwards character order. First few chars are ok, but the next ones are backwards.

  10. won't upload or it takes too long.

    THis has been useless. Before I could upload and share a link. Now it won't upload or timeout. I have to find another way to find my large art files.

    couldを利用しています。フォルダに色付けやフラグをつけられるようになると、重要なフォルダを見つけやすくなります。開発いただけることを期待しています。
