1. PDF Convert stuck in loop

   Your convert to PDF feature is broken. When signed in, it is stuck in a never ending loop of refreshing the page.

   The only solution I have found is to use an incognito tab and use the free version...which is ridiculous for the amount of money this account cost.

2. Problems with documents loading

   I can't get an important document I need to download and save to load in adobe acrobat to load and can't get any help from your chat bot or find help. This is ridiculous!!

11. New AI popup blocks my content

    Hi there! I'm trying to use the search function in a PDF, but this popup encouraging users to use the new AI tool is actively blocking the search results I'm trying to review. Users should be able to clear the prompt so that people who are not allowed or don't want to use AI can still use the CTRL+F function as intended. I am unable to use AI in my work, which inherently requires human discernment. An annotated screenshot of the issue is attached. Thanks!

14. Annoying hints

    STOP subjecting me to "hints" that appear when I open a PDF! They have been occurring for at least several days now, and I find them ANNOYING! You know, the ones that are modal and end with "Try Now"

15. ADOBE CLOUD USING 90% OF RAM

    Im soo frustrated- Adobe creative cloud is using 90% of my RAM memory and the program keeps crashing- 7 times yesterday! I am unable to even scan for words on a document without getting multitudes of errors.
    
    How can I turn off the cloud service and disable these additional features that I are making me LESS productive?

    Also My pop up blocker has blocked 193 of your attempts in the last 4 minutes that I have written this email. Please stop and let us use the program without all the unnecessary marketing and tracking! I have been paying $30/ month for a program that works mayb 45% of the time!

19. AI ASSISTANT is useless and disruptive to working with Acrobat.

    I tried your new Acrobat Pro with AI Assistant and reverted back because the onscreen notice on how to ask AI assistant by asking a question could not be removed from the screen - no matter what I tried. Also, when using your Acrobat Virtual Assistant Chat feature, it kept going in circles asking what application I had a question about, but when asking how to disable AI assistant it did not understand. Also, when requested an Agent to call, and was assured someone would call in 1 minute to my account phone number - it never happened. No-one called. I expected more from a company as large and successful as Adobe.
