   I am quite disappointed in your advertising of this Acrobat Online Services for FREE.
   After Compressing only 2 documents I now have to subscribe which is very misleading.
   You should state from the beginning try the FREE TRIAL then I would of understood the implications.

9. I renamed a file thinking it was saved now i cant even find images

   I HAVE RENAMED MY ADOBE SCAN FILE DOCUMENT OF IMAGES TAKEN AND SAVED IT BUT IT DISAPPEARED COMPLETELY AND I DONT HAVE THOSE PHOTOS AT ALL IN CLOUD STORAGE OR EVEN HERE IN ADOBE SCAN APP PLEASE HELP ME RECOVER IT OR RETRIEVE SOMETHING I RENAMED A FILE OF IMAGES BECAUSE IT VANISHED AND I CANT FIND THEM. 18. Account repeatedly not recognized/ chaos

    I have a subscription but every month or so I spend about 20 minutes with your password chaos trying to get my account (andrew@peaston.com) recognized. You should really make this process better. Completely unprofessional and user-unfriendly from your side. I pay for this.

    Hi Carrianne,

    You can go to profile icon at top right that will open a preference dialog. Check on Join Acrobat Web beta checkbox. This will let you get in to beta mode.
