For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. Can't password protect a pdf without upgrading for an exorbitant sum each month

    Why say this is a free service to protect a pdf when you won't let me get past the "select a file" portion without asking me to upgrade. I don't need to do anything else with pdfs, I just want to password protect them.

  2. "free" services SUCK

    You guys suck with the free tool tease. I will NEVER purchase any services from you just because of your nasty bait and switch tactics. Either give it free, or don't, but only allowing a couple of uses and then trying to charge with no warning is a slimy used car salesman tactic and I find your approach disgusting.

  3. Unnecessary Adobe Pro Subscribe Screes

    Hi, please remove the "try acrobat pro" and "subscribe" messages from Adobe Acrobat - they are unnecessary as I already have purchased the yearly Adobe package that meets my needs and also the unwanted messages take precious laptop screen viewing real

  4. Feedback

    I have to be honest Adobe. I've tried to use this tool, and would liked it to be something I'd subscribe to, but, for a large resourceful company such as yours, this product is amateurish *. It's clumsy as * and missing so many core everyday features that users need. Back to the drawing board!

  5. Your upgrade sucks and doesn't work

    The merge/ add pages function does not work with templates so I end up sending 2 documents instead of 1 which sucks because it was much easier to add pages to a template in the old version. Also, there are errors when you simply try to send the document. This is really the worst possible upgrade i've ever seen and I'm an iPhone user.

  6. not working at all

    I think you ruined another good product - I can't start work for 3 days and the license is running out.
    I think there is an easy way to make this happen. you have become like microsoft - fewer and fewer customers. I guess this is the last time I pay such a large amount to waste my time.

  8. Poor performance

    Fix everything.
    Very difficult menus.
    I upload 67 documents and the program just keeps spinning, nothing happens
    Try to convert, stupid icon just spins nothing happens, try to pdf, icon just spins nothing happens. Wouldn't even let me click this feedback form until I refreshed page, losing all my files. Program is broken. Can't even upload a small batch of documents without program freezing, and to charge money for this, crazy. Glad this is my free trial

  9. The app log me out everytime I close it. Why ? How to fix it ?

    Everytime I close the app, it log me out. And I have to follow all th procedure of sign in. Why couldn’t be like other applications which keeps you signed in ?

  14. 130 a year and cannot print to PDF

    I pay $130 and I cannot print to pdf. Basically the only thing I really NEED to do on a regular basis. SO feel ripped off and really looking forward to the competitor that figures this out. Will use AI as soon as I can to figure out options because this ****** me off on a DAILY basis.

  16. VIrus or malware in file

    I tried to convert a pdf to jpg online and the file that was provided for download after the conversion was a zip that contains a virus or malware. OOF ADOBE NO!

  20. Saving problem

    Improve your saving of files and pdfs because
    every time I log back on something never saves and even if I make a copy to safe my other, the copy misses words making me have to redo my work everything, trash website 1/100000000000 can't even do something so simple
