For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. I just accidentally deleted an important document from about 3 years ago that I need for my files. Is there no way to recover recently deleted files? This was a mistake made by accidentally pressing the wrong button on the app because they were so close to one another. Please assist in any way you can. If this is not a feature, is it going to be one soon? I actually have to consider not using this app if it is that easy to permanently delete files.

  4. Converting A1 PDF to JPEG.

    I used the Adobe online tool, which I pay a monthly subscription for. I used the highest quality setting possible however the words are unreadable. I then use a free service iLovePDF.com and it coverts with supperior quality and results.

    I question why I am paying for a Adobe subscription....

  6. Get that menu bar out of the way please. It is directly in the way of what I need to be able to view. This update/problem couldn't come at a worse time. Please fix immediately.

  7. Some items are showing up BOTH under "In Progress" and "Completed" eg. Kimberley Edge... can you please sort this issue out.

  8. stop re-arranging and making things more complicated. So much time is wasted learning all over again. Having tools on both sides is ridiculous. Icons are not explanatory to the point of the old ones were. Really, stop paying people to make worse something that should be easy.

  9. Your new browser based system has some serious security and privacy concerns related to it. I viewed a function menu from a website and I can see the email addresses of others that have also viewed it. You are sharing personal information with others and taken a fantastic product that has always worked, and worked well and turned it into something that constantly generates errors, crashes and even the desktop app is now 'back to front' with tools and navigation now on opposite sides. Why would you do this to your massive and loyal customer base? And now this serious…

  11. WOULD BE HELPFUL IF THE AUDIT REPORT SHOWED THE REMINDERS THAT WERE SENT OUT AND WHEN...SEEMS STUPID NOT TO HAVE THAT INFORMATION IN THE AUDIT REPORT

  12. reading aloud doesn't work properly. When i select a language Adobe doesn't remember it for the next time and keeps resetting. Sound quality is bad, it reads without taking care of comma, period or question marks. Very robotic and not natural. please improve this feature.

  14. I have been working on a single file the whole day. It seemingly has saved my progress throughout the day. When I was ready and wanted to save and download the program timeouted and revealed that nothing was saved. No versions. Nothing.

    I am wating for your team to reach out and cover the extra the extra work hours. KR

  15. This product is by far the least user-friendly software I have ever used. I have never had more glitches while using software, my document will not save any changes even though I have troubleshooted, I am fully connected to wifi, and my computer is fully updated. I would have fewer complaints if I could at least save this document, but there is no way for me to do so. Every time I attempt to save it, it says that it is saving the changes and proceeds to say that it not save them.

  18. Acrobat pro funziona veramente male. Se si lascia aperta l'app senza usarla per un po', non risponde più, non apre nuovi files, non registra quelli aperti e non salvati, dà messaggi incomprensibili tipo "Byte non pronti" quando si cerca di salvare un file, oppure se si scorre un documento dà u messaggio 'Dati insufficienti per un'immagine" (anche se il file è nativo, non un'immagine)... Insomma, è vero che ha tanti strumenti e possibilità, ma è del tutto inaffidabile, pieno di bug e gravemente instabile (spesso bisogna forzare l'uscita perché non risponde ai comandi).
    L'unica ragione per pagare il lauto prezzo…

  19. I purchased Acrobat after having added several text boxes with all my work intending to convert to another file format. After the purchase, all text boxes added prior to the purchase disappeared, resulting in hours of work lost. is there a way to recover this?

  20. Something is seriously broken I can't remove items from my recent I can't unstar items and I can presented with an inconvenience screen on the website and support has yet to be able to assist me with even finding out that there is an issue
