Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I was almost done filling out this form and it said I needed to signup for a free trial to add an image and then it WIPED my entire form blank! I work in tech and you need to give people the option to save before something like that, as honestly this has been the most humungous waste of time as now I have to do it all over again!   4. Upon opening a pdf in the document cloud, the Bookmarks icon does not display. If I refresh the webpage (click the "reload this page" button), then it appears.
    Sometimes I have to reload the page several times before the Bookmark icon displays. This is frustrating, for if my document reviewers do not see the bookmarks, they do not want to review my document (understandably, when a document is well over 200 pages).

  6. After compressing one PDF using the acrobat.adobe.com online service, I'm unable to compress anymore files, I get a pop-up that is trying to sell me Acrobat Pro.

  7. I have used Acrobat before but as soon as I signed up for Acrobat Pro it all went to ****. I am unable to do a single thing on here, i cannot even review my plan or access my settings and the link i received in my email when i signed up does not even work i get a 404 error code. This is ridiculous I am at work trying to get stuff done and the features I just paid for are unavailable to me at the moment i need them. This was very disappointing.

  9. how do I open adobe pro? I keep clicking get the desktop app. I install, and then it just opens adobe reader. This is infuriating and makes adobe look bush league. I am immensely unimpressed with your sub par product, your sub par team, and your worthless website.

  15. I am being forced to sign into the desktop application but the sign in screen will not allow a copy and paste out of my password manager. This is very irritating given I use a password manager that generates a long string password. Please fix this and allow copy paste. Seriously it is insane to not allow paste.

  17. hello, your pop window for everything new and cloud shenanigan is really annoying!!!!!!
    yes we know you have other product but got shut off this non BS or have a means to turn it off.   18. I found it hard to find the print and save options for this shared pdf. I eventually found them under the three dots menu, but I think they really should have been in the main navigation along with Edit, Convert and E-Sign. A print and save link there would make way more sense.

  19. I have been having a horrible experience with Adobe Pro for a number of months. I noticed that the program started to make my taskbar glitch and flash rapidly when turning the app on or opening a PDF. I also noticed that the top bar of the app doesnt have the "minimize, maximize or close" button visible. IF you click in the empty space they appear but the only button that responds is the close button. The app seems to struggle to run even when its the only program actively on.
