  5. Observed result

  1. no pprior navigation skills not enough education which is definitely needed before the trial.

    You cant expect to sell a product when I needed prior training in order to properly evaluate the product.
    I couldnt run the help menu and got not much from the trial. Consider offering a low-cost or free trial training class first.

  2. Excel margins didn't stay true when I converted to Pdf

    I converted a file from Excel to PDF but the margin settings didn't hold in the PDF. Not a good experience. The PDF is not usable as a presentation if the original margins don't hold.

    Adobe Acrobat is so much harder to use now that it is "improved". It's incredibly irritating that you can't escape pop-ups and AI generated "help". I wish there was a way to go back to the old Acrobat.

  16. Printing files converted to PPTx

    When I go to print slides after conversion from PDF to PPtx, the option 'Print handouts 3 to a page does not work. I am forced to print one slide to a page!!

  17. bad routing from acrobat to word for editing

    I'm unable to edit a docx file in the word web application. When i click the 'edit in word' button, it opens a new tab that is unable to load with a few UI components briefly popping up and disappearing into the black background. Refreshing sends it back to the same acrobat page in a loop.

  19. SharePoint document viewer has bad accessibility

    I'm a technical writer at the University of Missouri and it has come to my attention that the accessibility of this viewer is bad. A colleague using JAWS found that when trying to read a PDF in the viewer, JAWS could not identify headings, which is so important for navigating a document. When viewing the same document in Acrobat, there was no problem.
