For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Please change the terminology used to complete signatures so that customers are not confused. At least half of my customers get confused once they have completed their documents when they have to tap/click on a link or button that says "Click to Sign". Better terminology would be "Click to complete" or Click to finish" or "Click to finalize"

  4. Many customers have complained for YEARS now that Adobe removed the ability to delete web forms from Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Sign. Please respond to let me know when you have fixed this problem, because if I can't delete forms, it means I can't control my data, and it means Adobe cannot be trusted with customer data. Which means we may have to look for an alternative and end our relationship with Adobe. I appreciate your prompt response to address this very serious concern. Thank you - Lisa

  5. This is the worst version of Adobe signature. There is no push notification, there is no link to get you back to homepage when you decline signature, and every time I close the app, I have to signing again. And the best part, there is no way to issue a ticket. Only F** robot responding and not understanding these issues

  6. I'm truly shock at how miserably worthless this software is. No wonder everyone in graphics worth their salt I know avoids your company like the plague. Keep working on a useless AI chatbot like it'll fix your stock dropping like a rock.

  8. Tried my first document with AI Assistant. It's a 15 page PDF. I got error messages and "this document is not supported", but no information why. It's a PDF with text. What kind of AI just leaves it at that? Why can't I ask it what is wrong with the document. Is it really AI if it's just following pre-programmed messages that don't give you any actual infromation? "An error occurred" is not an appropriate response and then that's it. So far not impressed with Adobe's versions of AI. It's still a flow chart of actions that are made to…

  9. Why say this is a free service to protect a pdf when you won't let me get past the "select a file" portion without asking me to upgrade. I don't need to do anything else with pdfs, I just want to password protect them.

  10. You guys suck with the free tool tease. I will NEVER purchase any services from you just because of your nasty bait and switch tactics. Either give it free, or don't, but only allowing a couple of uses and then trying to charge with no warning is a slimy used car salesman tactic and I find your approach disgusting.

  11. Hi, please remove the "try acrobat pro" and "subscribe" messages from Adobe Acrobat - they are unnecessary as I already have purchased the yearly Adobe package that meets my needs and also the unwanted messages take precious laptop screen viewing real

  12. I have to be honest Adobe. I've tried to use this tool, and would liked it to be something I'd subscribe to, but, for a large resourceful company such as yours, this product is amateurish *. It's clumsy as * and missing so many core everyday features that users need. Back to the drawing board!

  13. The merge/ add pages function does not work with templates so I end up sending 2 documents instead of 1 which sucks because it was much easier to add pages to a template in the old version. Also, there are errors when you simply try to send the document. This is really the worst possible upgrade i've ever seen and I'm an iPhone user.

  14. I think you ruined another good product - I can't start work for 3 days and the license is running out.
    I think there is an easy way to make this happen. you have become like microsoft - fewer and fewer customers. I guess this is the last time I pay such a large amount to waste my time.

  16. Fix everything.
    Very difficult menus.
    I upload 67 documents and the program just keeps spinning, nothing happens
    Try to convert, stupid icon just spins nothing happens, try to pdf, icon just spins nothing happens. Wouldn't even let me click this feedback form until I refreshed page, losing all my files. Program is broken. Can't even upload a small batch of documents without program freezing, and to charge money for this, crazy. Glad this is my free trial
