Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  6. Do not charge my account. I want a reimbursement if I am charged

    I had a hard time installing. It did not work, please do not charge my credit card. Cancel all free trial and potentially monthly orders that follow the free trial.

    If you do not know how to cancel, please advise.

  13. I hope there is a dedicated button to Flatten the PDFs just like in Bluebeam.

    Current setup to flatten the pdf is complicated and hard to understand. I hope there is a dedicated button and a simple dialog box to flatten the pdf.

  16. Faulty program, Lost my work

    the Adobe pdf stopped suddenly while reading and when I reopen it mentioned it is closed abruptly and given the option to restore but when I pressed on I was not able to find my edited file aand I lost all my work in the documents and this happed twice

    An Undo button is needed, please. This is so common in so many platforms that I'm lazy & reliant on the undo button. Largely because like many of us, I'm overworked anD busy and that means mistake prone. It would be great to be able to undo 3x if possible. However, an Undo 1x button is urgently needed, please.     ******* Terrible software to use. it has caused me nothing but problems with just the smallest of task. I wish WISH I could go back in-time and stop myself from making the mistake of using this software and save myself the money and all the headaches. I have gotten from using this software. In my opinion get a different software program save yourself before its to late. Customer support won't be able to help more than telling the same thing you are tying.
