If I remember correctly, the sign up page said "edit pdfs for free, no credit card required". I expected limited features for sure but being able to delete and add pages does not seem to me to scream "premium feature". Anyway it allowed me to do it until it just didn't and asked for a credit card. a bit dishonest if this is the way it's intended to work

Check yourself
You should realize that there are free alternatives to your software and the level of obnoxiousness that dealing with you trying to force me into a subscription vs the functionality you offer turns me so off of your product that $2/yr feels like your taking me for a ride. Find a better way to sell yourself, maybe allow more features for free and the upsell includes quality of life features + maybe cloud storage. Figure it out.

Why do I have to pay to rotate a page
I have used Adobe reader for years. I could read my PDF docs, rotate the view and highlight passages, Today I can't rotate a page without subscribing to a plan. Why did it change? $$$$$. I am going looking for a new reader.

Can't get my Adobe to work.
Ordering for an old guy (80) that doesn't understand a whole lot of today's Hi-Tech jargon is a bit daunting. I've used Adobe for years with good success, but lately I can't seem to get my subscription to your software to work properly, and that is disappointing.
Talking to my with technical jargon is like me asking you how to set the valve lifters on a 1948 Flathead Mercury V-8 (I know how to do that) LoL.

Product disappeared--billing still active
My Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro disappeared, along with all my Recent File History. I've worked for about 2 hours trying to get it going again. One screen says I paid my monthly subs 2 weeks ago (for 5 years!) and another screen says "no active subscription". I can access the Web App, but its slow and its recent files stop 3 months ago. Acrobat and Adobe is the most frustrating **** softwarae I've ever tried to use.
I have a business profile and a personal profile. I have an Acrobat Pro subscription on my business profile, but no matter what I do, anytime I try to access adobe, it takes me to my personal profile and I can't use what I'm paying for. pfreeman99@yahoo.com is my email.

Annoyed user trying to cancel
I am trying to cancel a free membership which is contunially charging me when I have no account. I have been trying to contact customer support all day and am getting frustrated as I need to find out what I can do to stop this.
Very unhelpful as I keep being disconnected with no warning and am unsure what to do.
