For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

    YOU SUCK ADOBE! I NEVER ASKED FOR NOR WANTED AI ASSISTANT OR YOU GATHERING MY INFO WITH THIS NEW ADD-ON AND NOW YOU MAKE ME PAY FOR IT! I HAVE BEEN LONG TIME CUSTOMER AND I WILL FIND ANOTHER ALTERNATIVE. BUT, CAN'T RIGHT NOW BECAUSE IT'S TAKING TOO LONG BECAUSE YOU OBVIOUSLY DON'T WANT ME 'OPTING OUT' OF THE AI ASSISTANT AND THE $6.99 THAT YOU ADDED ON WITHOUT MY PERMISSION 'OPTING IN' OR ASKING FOR IT AND MAKE IT TOO HARD TO GET RID OF IN 20 MINUTES OF TRYING. YOU SUCK! AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE

    Již jsem odhlásila vaši službu, neppoužívám ADOBE ani nemám instalaci v PC. Prosím, zrušte můj účet. Také neovládám komunikaci v angličtině a vašim oznámením nerozumím. Je mi 83 let a potřebuji minimální služby na internetu. Děkuji vám.

  13. Fix this. It is useless since none of its functions actually work. Waste of money if it can't be fixed.

    What is the point of paying R152 pm for a service that does not work. The AI assistant worked for one document and no refuses to load. When it does eventually load, it can't perform any of its functions. If I submit a question it loads for five minutes before telling me it can't. Please tell me how this can be fixed before I cancel my subscription.

    i am not able to run acrobat in my laptop app but however only on chrome pls make changes as it is a pro version and what is the limit for ocr in pro version is there any size limit also is there any student offer on acrobat

  15. Adobe PDF space feature poor performance lately

    PDF spaces feature on adobe pdf performance has decreased a lot with the app responding longer than usual that could reach more than 5 minutes until it completely stopped working. Reinstall, using web version, and changing internet network, but the issue still persist.
