Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. I sign a document and immediately it is sent to Adobe servers without my permission, so I have to come to the Adobe site to search for and delete the file... then... return to Adobe Acrobat and save the file to my computer. I have a lot of documents I have to sign and this rigamarole is a pain in the a**. I did not ask to have anything saved to Adobe's website and frankly it's also an invasion of privacy by hijacking my documents instead of saving them like the app should.

  3. What a disastrous way to sign in ending up in a loop despite putting in correct code, having the auth app etc. Looking at Docusign now instead and cancelling Adobe completely.

  4. Ogni volta che provo a modificare (con evidenziazioni, testo ecc.) un PDF contenuto sul mio Google Drive ottengo:

    Conflitto nel salvataggio
    Le tue modifiche sono in conflitto con quelle che hai apportato tu stesso allo stesso tempo

    Possiedo un solo client attivo. Nessuna sessione Google Drive aperta. Questo messaggio appare dalal seconda modifica in poi, in una sessione sul PDF con Acrobat.

  7. Cannot open any PDFs on my laptop. Have spent hours upon hours and my IT guy has spent hours upon hours trying to resolve it.

  10. adobe frequently crashes since the new system. Very frustrating and doesn't always combine files like it says it should say it does not support that feature when I full access.

    Are you still seeing the issue? It'd help us on investigating the problem if you could provide more details. Which tool were you using? Did you see the issue with any PDF or a particular PDF? Could you share the document with us?

  15. For some reason once I edit a pdf once, it will no longer allow me to add more text to it if I try to edit it a second time

  16. I have signed up for a plan of 24 pounds a month and it doesnt let me split documents, I cannot use anything from my plan. I am very disapointed

  19. My product experience could be improved by having any of the programs I am needing to use work consistently. 75% of the time, nothing works... I get a blank screen when I use a product. This morning, I attempted to combine 12 single PDF files into one... BLANK SCREEN. Yesterday, I tried to convert a PDF file into a Word document... BLANK SCREEN.

  20. This is organization account and I am the admin on this but still I can't use this software.
