For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. why does adobe say 'sign in to convert pdf to word for FREE' then after you sign in, ask you to select a payment plan in order to convert your documents. This is false advertising. You should fix it, instead of misleading your consumer base. If you state that the free trial IS the 'free' service offered, it is still very misleading as the trial is only for 7 days then it is no longer free.

  2. There is a glitch in Adobe sign. Approvers are able to hit start and it activates the click to approve button without initialing the document.

    Hi Alex Ramirez,

    Thanks for asking and give as the opportunity to help you. The Approver would be able to "Approve" the document when all the required fields are filled, if there's no required field, the user can click to approve without filling any field. To make a field required, after adding the field to the document, there's two ways to find the "required" checkbox, one is by double clicking on the desired field, on left hand panel the option would be available. The other way is by using left click over the field, this would display a context menu, which has the option.

  4. I find doing simple things, like uploading my tax documents, and then emailing them to my accountant, too difficult to navigate.

    I don't use Adobe frequently so it takes me a long time to figure out a simple thing like sending documents

  6. How do I add multiple signers?

    I want them to sign the same document in different places. The add a signer seems to be missing. I do not want everyone to be person 1. I need person 1, 2 and 3

  7. You cannot advertise a free service if that is ONLY available as part of a premium package. Thanks for wasting my time.

    You are not a free way to convert a PDF to dox. Because that is only available as a PAID product. EG not free.

  9. Quit saying you will convert pdfs to jpgs for free when you don't. I had 4 pdfs that needed to be jpgs, and you only let me do 3 until you just kept trying to get me on the free trial which I don't want. you have such ******** subscription prices. Why can't you have a fee for just pages?

  13. Hi - I've noticed that the "Backspace" key nor the "Delete" key are affective when attempting to edit the message box prior to sending a document for signature. Makes this theing a type-writer, effectively... Please look into this!

  14. For months, I can no longer use shortcut keys (Ctrl+C) in Adobe Acrobat Pro. I have searched for resolutions, but nothing works. This is super frustrating.

  16. There used to be the ability to copy and paste a message into the message box, but now you have to type it in and if you make a mistake, it won't let you backspace or delete it to correct the mistake.

  18. I hate Adobe and want to cancel 1 of my plans. It's impossible to get to the email address I want to cancel, you keep showing me the addrress I wanty ot keep. FFS, is it impossible to have someone that is actuaslly a person help me?
