For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  2. Why are PDF forms so awful? I have to remake PDF forms in Word or Google Docs so that I can have a shared for the form.
    10+ years of clouds services and Adobe still is miles behind everyone on shared doc editing. It's mind blowing.

  4. Well, I paid a subscription for Adobe Acrobat DC and was charge for 3 year which I did not request and then paid for a 1 year but neither of the acrobats were completed downloaded to my account. I used it once on the web the day I paid for it and now I am unable to get to it. Can someone get back to me on this issue. The email used was shirleyidiaz4859@gmail.com.

  7. The Highlighter function was invaluable to my work on PDF's but it's disappeared, is not included in the list of editing tools at all. Why would you do this? Can we get it back?

    Hi Bonnie, 

    Thanks for reaching out to us. Reg the highlight tools, it's available in comments section. At the right side of PDF, there's an option "Comment". It has two sub options viz. Add Text and Add Comment . On clicking either of the options, it will take you to Add Comment page, where highlight is available at top bar to use.

  9. Hello.

    Some of the students at our institution are having issues reducing the size of files exported from Turnitin. There seems to be an issue with the font conversion (see attached file)

  10. Desktop Adobe Acrobat Pro shown in All Tools tab, clicking it installs CC and DC Reader, but NOT Acrobat Pro. When attempting to make any edits to a PDF, everything points back to making edits on the web, which is not what I want to do.
    Adobe, I know you love money...but make your applications possible (and even simple) to use offline, you don't need our data/documents as well as our money.

    Hi,

    Thanks for providing feedback. Can you please attach a screenshot for further investigating? On clicking install acrobat Pro should allow user to install Pro desktop rather reader DC.

  11. Adobe Sign app doesn’t show any docs out for signature and when go to Sign section it’s still got link for Get App even though I am in the Adobe sign app!

  13. what has happened to my electronic Signature? I don't get the Certificates any more. Why not? It means the E signature is not valid.

  14. When I upload a document and attempt to send for signatures, I can write the message to those I'm sending it to, adding their email addresses but that's it. When I click "Specify Where to Sign" it gets stuck @72% loading or it gives me the error message "Could Not Send, An invalid JSON was specified.

  16. Where do I start? The online Adobe really sucks when compared to the downloaded version. I hate that may files are saved to the cloud instead of directly to my desktop. There is no save function like on the downloaded version. I was told that I would be happy with the online version. That is not the case. I pay every month for the services, but it is not more convenient.

  18. I hate acrobat online. It ALWAYS freezes when I am trying to upload a document to request a signature from a client. This has cost me so much time refreshing and it messing up each time until the 10th time is the charm. So annoying please fix.

  19. Date field not working in Polish Acrobat Reader DC, Acrobat Pro 2020, Acrobat Pro DC and probably many others similar to those mentioned here. Calendar does not pop up after clicking on date field when user interfaces language is Polish. When user interface language is set to English date field work properly.
