For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  4. Highlight function in Acrobat pro dc is horrible. I want to use more than one color to highlight - e.g. to identify common themes or code qualitative data. The multiple steps required to change the highlight color are time consuming, clumsy and annoying. Do you have a plan to fix this problem?

  6. HI, I am based in Singapore and I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud on-line yesterday (3 Nov 2018). I have problems downloading (including saving or printing) my PDF files into my computer. Can you help? Please contact me urgently to resolve my Adobe Acrobat problems, thanks.

    Ceci est très ennuyeux surtout que je ne peux plus faire de Scan sans les perdre.

  14. Create a way to sync Document Cloud docs/pdf's to a personal/office computer (like Creative Cloud does), where a subdirectory (called Document Cloud) is created in the user's computer, where the docs/pdf's in the online Creative Cloud are mirrored to the desktop/notebook and vice versa. Why doesn't this concept that you have for Creative Cloud (and so many others have, like Dropbox and OneDrive) exist for Document Cloud?

  15. Where to start? My old laptop died, and you FORCED me into Acrobat Pro DC when I set up a new machine. This software is a ******* train wreck. It is slowing me way down, particularly with scanned documents. I opened a doc, ran OCR, and saved it. But every time I navigate to a new page, Acrobat stops to "recognize" the page again. Why is doing this over and over and over and over and over?

    Then, to make matters worse, when I save the file, I get a modal dialog that says "Please wait while the document is…

  18. When sending a password protected PDF Portfolio through the Document Cloud, this page is very confusing for the recipient because is requests the password, and than says to download Reader. However, they are often unaware of how to download the file to open with Reader because the download button is so small at the top. It would be extremely helpful if you can improve the way this page interacts with Portfolios so that they are easier to download. Maybe a larger download button, or a way for it to handle Portfolios differently so that they know that they have to…

  20. I am unable to read the document on from my account on the documentcloud.abobe.com.

    I have a message o the following effect
    "Please wait...

    if this message is not eventually replace by the proper contents of the document, you PDF viewer...."

    (but I can read the same document from my laptop using adobe acrobat reader DC )
