Please provide the following information. You can post a new idea or search for ideas already submitted.

For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  3. I am trying to find the download & install page for a Acrobat DC subscription. This user had to navigate by intuition to Recommended Tools & then click "All tools" to lead to the Apps, Convert, Edit, Share, Sign page. Then, finally the product is listed for download in the Apps line. Not very user friendly. One should not have to search just to install a digital download purchased software. That process needs better directions. Very poor web site layout!

  5. 去年の今頃、同じようなpdfファイルをExcelのファイルに変換書き出し出来たのですが、今回、何度試しても出来ません。

    枠組みだけで、セル内は空白です。

    ファイルを添付したいのですが、かなり個人情報がつまってるので、添付出来ません。

    同じような現象で困ってる方はいないでしょうか?
    解決策をお願いしてたいです。

  8. I love the scan feature on the mobile app, which is why I use adobe cloud. The online file storage options is nice to have, but very tedious to work with. I recommend you copy google drive to improve user interface

  10. Your UI changes to reading PDFs online are...moronic.

    The task bar at top is now approx. 6 inches...why so large?

    I can tell you why: your designers are morons.

    Is it not obvious that change only for the sake of change isn't a good thing? Hasn't the last 5-10 years taught us this, software-wise?

    It has.

    Your new UI is awful. The tweaks are moronic.

  11. I think my account has been accessed by someone else.
    I have not opened by account for several months and opened dates show very recent dates!
    Please let me know if you had any breach of security which would be unacceptable considering the fact that contractual documents are by essence confidential;

  12. I don't want to work actually in the "cloud." I don't need that and I especially don't want my docs stored in the cloud. How do I use Adobe Pro subscription just on my laptop.

    It should be written as "繁體中文" instead of currently shown.

  18. The Adobe Sign connector does not work with Microsoft Flow. It does not allow me to log into my account.
    This has been an issue for at least 1 year. I have tried to tell Microsoft about this issue, but I have never heard any response. I would recommend that you adjust your sign in credentialing component.
