For a new feature request:

  1. Brief title
  2. Description of desired feature
  3. Why the feature is needed

For a new bug:

  1. Brief title
  2. Steps to reproduce the issue
  3. Environment (OS, other related application versions, etc.)
  4. Expected result
  5. Observed result

  1. This is so messed up. I spent two hours editing the pdf and I got a faulty end product with faded words, double words. Your product is so bad that I dont want to use it again

  2. I ******* HATE Adobe! I hate the new version and I hate how UNintuitive it is compared to the older versions! I have to CALL tech support for the stupidest easy functions because everything is different and not easy to figure out without an instruction. If you don't use it, you lose it and I don't adjust or alter pdf's enough to remember how to alter forms. You people need to STOP adding all of these gosh **** functions and simplify more. In the Marine Corps the say this: K.I.S.S. Keep It Simple Stupid.

  3. I don't know how to use it. I make changes and it draws a line down the side of the page and the deleted part has discoloration.

    1. Multiple files need to be selected immediately in order to route multiple documents. If just one file is selected—even just to start—the system immediately kicks off the next page.
    2. The system combines all documents as it did before, but now there’s no way to separate the files. I can click the same buttons I used to to do this, but now ever routing package is just named “binder” regardless of what the file name is or what I named the routing package. I have to revert to just printing to PDF the pages I want, which doesn’t look as professional…

    Hi Kelsey Reybold, 

    We are working actively on giving you a better experience, so now you should be able to select multiple files, please, let us know your experience. Also, we are still working to enable the feature to download individual files.

    To change the name of the the files, you can do it right after uploading multiple files by just clicking on the document's name, also, after preparing the document, while clicking on Review and Send, a window should appear. The name of the document should be displayed and can be changed.

  4. Disappointed that Edit does not include the ability to select and arrange parts of an existing image or Copy/Paste within an existing document.

    Anderen mit nur einem Link Zugang zu x Dokumenten zu geben, geht nicht mehr.
    Mir fehlt das Add-In in Outlook, mit dem das möglich war.

    Hello Stephan, 

    You can use the share functionality of Acrobat Web to share a document with multiple people using a link. Here's how: 

    1. Click on the "Get Link" icon in the top right corner. A pop-up will appear. 

    2. Click on the "Get link" button. 

    3. After clicking, your file will be shared, and the link will be copied to your clipboard. You can share this link with multiple people for them to view the shared document.

  6. For some reason every time I try to compress this file with your on-line compression it replaces much of the text with "tofu" or rectangles where the characters should appear.

  8. I have a PDF that's about 50MB. I wanted to compress it using the Low Compression option which estimated it would be about 24MB. I've tried it several times now and each time it outputs a 7MB file and breaks the design. It seems to disregard the Low Compression selection entirely.

  10. very very frustrating. specified the signature zone at bottom of the page for third party signatures but the signed version has come back twice with signatures at the top of the page AND NOT IN THE SIGNATURE AREA I HAD SPECIFIED. Very frustrating. DocuSign next time.

    2. On the left panel, scroll down and click "View more".
    3. Click the "Switch to legacy version" link.

    I have one comment on the first page, I preferred to be less with words, or
    What I preferred the best is to create a cover page and keep this first page as is.
    Plus, the cover page should be the same from front and back.

    Have you tried refreshing the window? Additionally, if refreshing the window doesn't resolve the issue, could you attempt to upload the same file again and share it? Please let me know if you encounter the same issue after following these steps.
