1. Highlighting disappears when download PDF

   When I download the actual PDF, all of the highlights are gone. This makes using the app entirely pointless. I will have to find a different app and redo all my work.

4. can't convert Word document to PDF

   All I want to do is convert a Word document to a PDF, That has always been easy and free, but now your trying to make me buy an expensive package I neither want or need, Most annoying!!!!!

9. Great option to Adobe Acrobat. If I can't scan, I don't need Adobe. This looks like a wonderful alternative.

   Adobe Acrobat no longer sees my scanner. I cannot figure out how to connect the scanner to my Adobe account.

   Please advise. My scanner is the ONLY reason I have an Adobe account in the first place. If that no longer works, I no longer need an account.

13. Can't use what I paid for

    I would like to know why I can't convert a jpg to pdf when it is included in my plan. I could do one, but now it tells me I have to sign up for Adobe Pro in order to use this feature.
