    very disappointed in my experience with using adobe. the only thing holding me back from using your service was the cost. having used it and learned it both through grade school, high school and college, I have found that your site lacks the intuitive functionality for easily finding what you need to get done. Trying to use the AI assistant, is not helpful at all. I am sure the AI assistant is probably geared towards a specific user, however, i do not see the benefit in paying for the service. My thoughts are its just making it easier for the fat cats @ Adobe to make their life easier so they have more time given back to them... Not sure i am going to continue after the free trial. I will continue to pay for Gemini, ChatGPT and Canva
