Horrible signup experience and first impressions
I am a new customer. I need to scan documents and create PDF files. I've been on your site for about 15 minutes so far. I wanted to share my experience so far.
Horrible.
Firstly, this site requires 20-30 JavaScript sites, which I typically deny - and now I have to explicitly turn them on. Security needs to be brought in-house. Your customers depend on your security and using external sites is not secure.
Next, this portal interface is too similar to the horrible Microsoft Enterprise 365 portal, which is difficult and very painful to use.
Your layout is confusing…

Every attempt to convert so far has given me images of the file in the converted program. Thanks, I couldn't do that on my own..

Difficult to understand what it does and how to use it - waste of money
I paid for my licence but it's really difficult to know (i) what it does, and (ii) how to use it. At this point it seems like a complete waste of money. I'm really ****** off by this experience and certainly won't recommend it to anyone.

Acrobat Performance and Information Security.
The Acrobat is very cumbersome and doesn't work well at all. Your concept is very badly thought out and poorly engineered. It is software of inferior quality. Also your Cloud Access to Personal Identifiable Information (PII) is a serious issue and you can face serious legal action. Time for you to rethink your entire process as this is being reported to the authorities.

I tried to use your Adobe. Afyter converting to Word, it told me to sign in.
"your account alredy exists"??? No!
Then, I had to sidn in again... and my Documenmt is gone!
Now: I simply want to convert to Word!!!

PDF schützen nicht mehr möglich
Man kann plötzlich von heute auf morgen keine PDFs mehr schützen. Stattdessen soll man zusätzlich bezahlen. Besonders kurios wird das alles, wenn man auf die Webseite ohne Login geht. Dann kann man die Funktion nutzen.

For Templates View - make TITLES Column variable width
For the templates view, please push the STATUS column to the right - next to date. Then make the TITLE column variable so it can show more of it's text if the window is widened. This helps me with my very long template names.

Terrible
I tried Adobe DC and now it wont revert back to my regular adob. Keeps asking me to subscribe when I am already a subscriber. Tried to uninstall DC but it deleted all my files...just terrible.

Decode spaces in downloaded PDF filenames
Dencode spaces when applying a filename to the downloaded file. I don't want to see %20 all through a file name!
I see you are using S3 signed URLs. This should be possibly using the ContentDisposition headers with a filename set. Haven't tried it, but seems like a common use case: https://stackoverflow.com/a/47400974
Keep up the good work! Really enjoying not emailing round PDFs for signatures.
