I want to cancel and refundHi there, I bought the converter to use it on my documents and to my surprise I found out that Arabic language is not supported while Maltese is (Not disrespect) but why?! I want a cancellation and a refund, how can I apply for one? Thanks,

OCR Not Working on Large DocumentsAcrobat Pro DC for Windows (21.001.20138). Acrobat will not OCR entire large documents (i.e., 500-1000) pages. It will OCR a couple dozen pages then stop, as if the OCR process is complete. No error messages or anything. However, the vast majority of the pages in the document remain unsearchable / not OCR-ed. BUT, if I scroll to one of the pages that was not OCR-ed, and choose to OCR just that page (as opposed to the entire document), OCR works for that page. This has only become an issue with the most recent version(s) of Acrobat Pro. 2 votes

Account Initialization Emails ExcessiveMy employer set us up with a company account. When I initialized my account and completed the setup process, I received 50 emails in 3 minutes to click a link to confirm my email address and activate my account. Each one that I clicked (over a dozen) would spin in a new window and then would give an error for invalid username. I am able to use the functions it seems, I am signed in to the document cloud, so I'm not sure why I would receive 50 emails (and no I am not exaggerating the number) to confirm my… 1 vote

Setup File DownloadYou should make very easy to find the download area to get the setup files. It's unbelievable how you guys make hard to download the software and install it on desktop. I will not speak about offline installation. It's ridiculous! 1 vote

User Interface and Functionality with New FormatThe new view is very difficult to follow and understand. I am no longer able to search for agreements by name or email address. This is creating difficulties for me finding my agreements in a timely manner. 1 vote

Currently , the Chat channel is not available for Enterprise individual users.Users should have a direct communication channel with the Support Team for urgent questions when using the Products. The new version PRO DC throws a number of questions 
 Also the Enterprise version log-in prevents the individual user to get in touch thru' chat.

Login issue for Adobe SignThe single sign on on the login page to Docusign and Adobe Sign seems to have problems. I constantly run into issue that I'm able to login using Google Auth, but on the Adobe Sign page I get attached errors. 
 This happens multiple times when I use Adobe Sign and it started to get really annoying and considering switching to a different service.1 vote

Increase Usability & ConvenienceAllow a single document, such as a Conflict of Interest form, to be sent to multiple recipients, but each recipient signs their own, individual form that is returned to the sender. So, if I send the Conflict of Interest form to 25 board members, I get back 25 emails, one from each board member, with the signed form; I end up with 25 individual signed Conflict of Interest forms. Your app allows lots of signers on a single contract, which is very cool, but what I need. So I have to go through your process 25 times because my boss… 1 vote

extra featureswhen I open a scanned pdf I want the option of changing its name rather than going through the process of opening it to see what it is then having to close it again before I can change its name. unacceptable limitations on settingsI don't have access to most of the account settings I was expecting to see, such as Global Settings and Data Governance. I only have "Personal Preferences" "Account settings" (which is limited to 3 drop down items) and "Privacy". Is this limited for my paid subscription since I don't have the enterprise version? DisappointedBy actually telling the truth if something is free or not. Going to compress my files with a truly free program. Not everyone has a bunch of money to spend on software. Adobe products are not affordable whatsoever...
