Serial number failing to recognize my email address IOS
PDF reader Pro could be amazing but for the fact the adobe has let someone else use my name and I cannot register or put the serial number into the software. It’s only a little identity theft. I’ve talked with 9 people alone today! Amazingly they don’t have the answers. Apparently the problem is if you work on only IOS devices it’s your fault and a man mansplains this to you. If anyone else is having this problem please feel free to share how you dealt with it cause i personal am finding it hard to work.

Version 19.02.01 bug
Since I downloaded 19.02.01, many things have gone amok. First, it told me I could not open a file due to an unknown error. Then it opened my file, but I could not add comments. Then it seemed that the file was corrupted, only displaying half the file. Now it won’t open at all. I have an iPad 2, running iOS 12.1.

Highlighter Not Working
Whenever I tap on highlighter then go to highlight something in my scanned pdf, I’m unable to highlight.
1 voteIf the scanned PDF has not been properly OCR-ed, then we are not able to do text based annotations (highlight, strikethrough, etc.). We’re sorry for any inconveniences this has caused you.

Change font size
How do I edit the font size from my iPad? The predetermined font size is too big for the document I use Adobe Acrobat Reader for.

Where did the pdf button functionality go?
Prior to your update, I was able to use the button I created to seamlessly email a completed fillable pdf form to 2 emails. Since the update, the email pops up but for some reason it strips the email addresses I have stored in the button properties. Button works fine on PC, but not iOS on either iPad or iPhone versions. Please bring that feature back.

Unable to add multiple locations other than Dropbox.
I switch on google drive and iCloud drive in locations, but it doesn’t show up in the folder list. Seems like a bug. Only my organisation Dropbox account shows up

Can’t delete recent files from “... More Locations” tab
I can clear Recent Items short cut list, but every file I ever viewed still shows up on the More Locations tab under Recent Files.

I cannot download adobe acrobat reader.
I have been trying to update the App on my iPhone and install on my iPad. But could not download. It was giving an error message like this “ adobe acrobat reader could not be downloaded at this time”

Cancel subscription
How do I cancel the subscription of this in app purchase? I only needed the PDF to be exported as a word file for one time use. I don’t need any more subscriptions of this app.

Set status on comments
On the desktop version you are able to set a status on a comment (ie accept/reject). It would be very helpful to have the same feature on the mobile app
