Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Currently we only provide option to upload pdf files via Acrobat.
However, you can upload non-pdf files via web URL: dc.acrobat.com

    Hi,
    Thanks for sharing your concern.
We don't support retrieving deleted pdfs right now. To save your data you can download PDFs locally. This way you would have a local copy in case of unexpected deletion.

    Hi,
Can you please let us know if you are still observing the issue after update?
Also please let us know the following:
    - Do the files immediately disappear after you star them?
    - Are you trying to star multiple files at the same time?
    - Go to Ctrl + K > Adobe Online Services > When starring a file, always access it form...
What is the value of this option?

    Hi,
Besides the two workflows you mentioned, you can also rename the file via Acrobat/Reader.
    Steps:
    - Launch the desktop app
    - Switch to Document Cloud tab in the left rail
    - Select the file you want to rename and rename it from the options menu that opens up on the right side

Let us know if you are looking for something else.

    Regards,
    Poorvi

Thanks Lisa. The error you are observing (screenshot 14) only occurs when there is another dialog already opened in the background. Can you please first kill all Acrobat processes.
-> Relaunch Acrobat and wait for some time ~ 10sec
-> You will see checkbox under "Adobe Online Services" not grayed out.

Kindly let us know, if this doesn't help. we can setup a meeting

    Hi,
We do not support download of all document cloud storage at once. You need to individually download files. Also, a file is cached once it is opened from Document Cloud.

Hi, currently we upload the scanned file to document cloud. However, you can save that to One Drive directly with the following steps:
    1. Open the scanned file and select Save As (Ctrl+Shift+S)
    2. In the Save As dialog select One Drive account from the left panel
    3. Click Save > File will be save to your One Drive account

    Hi,
    Thanks for reporting your concern.
You can draw on pdfs in Adobe Acrobat. Just open the pdf and draw using your surface pen.
If you are not able to do this, kindly check the Preference under:
Edit > Preferences > Commenting > "Auto detect pen hardware to enable markup"
Let us know if selecting it helps.
If you do not see the preference, kindly update your application from: Help > Check for Updates and let us know the product version from Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC
If you are trying any other workflow, kindly let us know the steps

    Regards,
    Poorvi

    Thanks for providing the information.
Can you please provide further details:
    1. From where are you trying to open the file? Are you using Adobe Scan tab or Document cloud tab?
    2. Is this happening for all files or is this crash file specific?
    3. What is your Mac OS version

    Hi,
We already have this functionality in Acrobat/Reader.
When you click the highlight tool, color picker gets added to the toolbar and enables color change with single click.
