Thanks for sharing your concern.
We don't support retrieving deleted pdfs right now. To save your data you can download PDFs locally. This way you would have a local copy in case of unexpected deletion. -

Can you please let us know if you are still observing the issue after update?
Also please let us know the following:
- Do the files immediately disappear after you star them?
- Are you trying to star multiple files at the same time?
- Go to Ctrl + K > Adobe Online Services > When starring a file, always access it form...
What is the value of this option? -

Besides the two workflows you mentioned, you can also rename the file via Acrobat/Reader.
Steps:
- Launch the desktop app
- Switch to Document Cloud tab in the left rail
- Select the file you want to rename and rename it from the options menu that opens up on the right sideLet us know if you are looking for something else.

We will let you if we build such functionality in Document Cloud. -

-> Relaunch Acrobat and wait for some time ~ 10sec
-> You will see checkbox under "Adobe Online Services" not grayed out.Kindly let us know, if this doesn't help. we can setup a meeting

We do not support download of all document cloud storage at once. You need to individually download files. Also, a file is cached once it is opened from Document Cloud. -

1. Open the scanned file and select Save As (Ctrl+Shift+S)
2. In the Save As dialog select One Drive account from the left panel
3. Click Save > File will be save to your One Drive account -

Sign documents with electronic pen. Or draw on them. It is the era of touch screens, for bit's sake!

Thanks for reporting your concern.
You can draw on pdfs in Adobe Acrobat. Just open the pdf and draw using your surface pen.
If you are not able to do this, kindly check the Preference under:
Edit > Preferences > Commenting > "Auto detect pen hardware to enable markup"
Let us know if selecting it helps.
If you do not see the preference, kindly update your application from: Help > Check for Updates and let us know the product version from Help > About Adobe Acrobat DC

1. From where are you trying to open the file? Are you using Adobe Scan tab or Document cloud tab?
2. Is this happening for all files or is this crash file specific?
3. What is your Mac OS version -

Can you please confirm your Windows version. Also kindly check if the prference 'Auto detect pen hardware to enable markup' is checked under Edit>Preferences>Commenting -

Hi,
We are delighted to share with you that Acrobat and Reader Desktop release for DC Continuous (21.007.20091) is Live now and this Takes care of the Feature Request to Change the Display Size of the Acrobat without changing the Scaling/Resolution of the machine. This can be Done from “View” → “Display Size”. For now this is avaialble for windows only.

Please update your Acrobat (It should Auto update or you should do Help → Check for updates) and let us know your Feedback.

Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Currently we only provide option to upload pdf files via Acrobat.
However, you can upload non-pdf files via web URL: dc.acrobat.com
