    I suggest a feature that would read out loud individual word(s) as selected by the user and also be able to read out loud the alt tag on images if the image is clicked. Thank you!

  3. Acrobat Pro DC runs out of memory and crashes often

    Opening and closing multiple files that are approximately 4 MB causes this to occur. It is almost as if DC feels that closed files are still open.

    Virtual memory is dynamic and typically starts at 16 GB, RAM 16 GB. Online thoughts for fixes are unsuccessful. If not fixed by subscription end, I go back to Acrobat Pro XI. The features of DC are minimized when the software crashes so often.

  4. this software doesn't work anymore how did you manage to mess up acrobat?

    why is acrobat so slow? Is my Adobe account scanning every word of every page I'm trying to open? these are just pdfs, why are they crashing my system? and YES it's the newest version and YES my system should be more than able to handle it. The problem is this company has gone from creating (or buying) good software to just making malware to bug up their products and shake as much cash as possible from the users

  5. Bug: ActiveX control sometimes shows wrong font

    Sometimes when loading a PDF into the ActiveX control it never seems to load the fonts. This only seems to happen when loading a PDF immediately after initializing the control but never for subsequent loads.

    The issue happens with a lot of different PDFs, some more often than others. It happens fairly often with the attached pdf.

  6. Scrolling speed is too fast on large documents

    For whatever stupid reason, Adobe Acrobat on Windows (both reader and Standard and Pro) change their scrolling speed when it comes to large documents. This is ridiculous, as if you're reading a textbook suddenly the pages fly by with the slightest touch.

    The preferred behavior can be found in MacOS's preview: scroll speed is proportional to sequential scroll events. Thus, for large documents, users that want to scroll quickly can do so but navigating a small number of pages is much more reasonable.

  7. Preserve toolbar setting when new file is opened in same window

    I would like, if I have a file open with, for example, the Comment toolbar opened, I would like other files opened in the same window to also open with the Comment toolbar open.

    This does not need to be set as a default when loading the first file, nor does it need to override the toolbar setting in each tab when I change tools; just when I open a new file, I don't want to have to reopen the same tool I'm using in the tab I already have open.

  10. Adobe DC Out Of Memory

    I keep getting an error message "Adobe Acrobat ! Out Of Memory" on brand new Dell XPS 8930.
    Seems to occur after having multiple pdf files open at the same time.

    I have never experienced his with X Pro. on my 10 year old HP PC, which i'm still using due to this issue.
    Please help.

    Warum könnt ihr scheiß Entwickler eigentlich nie eure Drecksgriffel von der GUI lassen? Mit jeder neuen Version such ich mich blöd nach den Funktionen, die ich brauche. Ich würde ja fast vermuten, dass bei IT-Entwicklern ein psychologisches Problem weit verbreitet ist, das sich als Osterhasen-Syndrom bezeichnen lässt - hauptsachge gut versteckt. Ihr habt echt einen an der Klatsche!!!

  12. Math-Box, Math annotations, Equation editor for Commenting

    Built-in element in the comment toolbar similar to a text box that would allow the user to enter comments with more complex math expressions and style them in a decent manner. Compatibility with Mathml, Mathjax, TeX could be considered when implementing such a feature. Likely, a comparable feature would boost Adobe Acrobat's popularity in various scientific communities.

  13. View Thumbnails and Bookmarks at same time

    I need to be able to view a document's Page Thumbnails AND bookmarks at the same time, rather than toggling back and forth between them on the navigation pane.

  14. Thumbnails absolutely need to open with each and every document. Not optional. Power users here - we all need thumbnails upon arrival.

    We ABSOLUTELY need the option to have Adobe Pro automatically open with Thumbnails visible. Power users here - we all need thumbnails upon arrival. People who actually work on Adobe all need this option. Listen -- Adobe Pro users are not "readers". We are power users who manipulate documents - that's why we bought Adobe Pro. People who just read with Adobe may not need that. I'm not those people -- and no - we don't want to have to press F4, which I just found out by searching online in my very busy day - after many frustrating openings…

  15. Whether Acrobat Reader Acrobat DC or Professional, it should have the feature to restore all the tabs! It reduces need to open files again!

  17. Get an error meassge file cannot upload - Adobe DC

    I open and fill out a PDF on my desktop with Adobe DC. When I select Send and Track or to Send for signature, I get an error message

    Send and Track: "Error uploading files
    One or more files could not be uploaded. Please try again."

    Send for Signature: "Could not Send
    An error has occurred. Please try again."

    I can go to "https://cloud.acrobat.com/send" and upload the file there, then send and track, but not from Adobe DC. I am using Windows 10 and Chrome Browser if it makes a difference.

  18. Can you add an Evernote Plug in to your programs. There are a substantial number of users who would benefit from this

    I dont understand why you wont consider adding this plug in . By way of esample I have over 5000 documents and notes in Evernote and it is not convenient to have to move a document to the desktop in order to use Accrobat to change or modify it

  20. Include slug area when exporting an interactive PDF

    Please add option to include slug area when exporting an interactive PDF from InDesign like there is when exporting a print PDF.
