  1. Every time I close a PDF I am prompted to save it. Why is there a feature so you can turn this off.

    It is annoying that every PDF I open and print prompts me to save it. I am getting these from other people and do not save them. Why all of sudden is it doing this? It never did this before. Is it because of OS10? There should be a feature to turn this off. It wastes so much of my time as I deal with 100's of PDF's a month.

  2. when I create pdfs, they are no longer searchable

    when I create pdf documents from chrome, firefox, or Opera, I can no longer search them and enhance scans and ocr recognition don't work. Attached is an example.

  3. Provide the ability to color the tabs.

    I often woirk with groups of similar documents with long file names. It would make life much easier if I could visually look at a group and select the correct document to work on rather than hovering my mouse over the title of each document to see if it is the one I want.

  4. Read mode colors

    There is a problem with switching colors for reading and printing. There is no button whitch would allows easily switch between both modes. For example when I read book I would expect dark backgrpound and white letters in order to by not blinded by the huge area of default white background. For now I have to use Tools / Preferences / Accessibility / Document Color Options to set colorors which I need. Unfortunately it has influence on printing where white background is desired. So in consequence, I have to do a lot of changes of color mode by going through…

  6. DC Shuts Down, won't stay open

    DC shuts down repeatedly. Tried installing on another computer and the same thing happened: DC opens, stays open for a few moments, then closes spontaneously.

  7. Adobe Pro DC Portfolios

    Hi there

    I was used to Adobe Pro 9/10/11 until last week when i was 'upgraded' to Pro DC as we are now using Windows 10. I believe Adobe Pro 11 is end of life too?
    I used Adobe Pro 11 to create portfolios which worked very well until i looked at Pro DC.
    Now the layout has changed so much that once you the portfolio has been created you cannot see the first page which was very helpful. Now all you see is the adobe logo.
    The various views have disappeared, 'grid' being my favourite.

    Hi

    We understand your concerns and appreciate your feedback. The lack of views in Acrobat DC is because we have dropped support of Flash due to security vulnerabilities in Flash.
    So currently, there is no other Acrobat version that would support those kind of views.

  8. hp officejet 4630 e all in one > prints duplex/two-sided > can NOT turn 2-sided printing off and there are no drivers for Mac OS 10.13

    In Acrobat Pro, even though the 2-sided printing box is NOT checked, my hp officejet 4630 printer prints multiple-page documents on both sides.
    There is no Mac 0s 10.13 driver for this printer.
    I would appreciate Adobe/Mac collaborating on a solution.

  9. Signing Form with a CAC card removes ability to use "Fill and Sign" unless you click "Fill and Sign" before using the CAC signature.

  10. Exporting of high resolution graphics/shapes from powerpoint on Mac

    Would like to be able to natively export high resolution "shapes" (i.e., gradients, colors, etc) from powerpoint without compromising quality

    open the pdf file, when you get to question 5 where it asks you to select state, it only works on pc not on mac

  13. How can I stop Adobe from trying to tell me where to store files?

    Add a method of stopping Adobe from trying to tell me where to store files. I have unchecked everything I can uncheck in preferences and it still does it. I have to save it move it and rename it each time.

  14. Let Acrobat close and delete an open file

    Add an option to let Acrobat close and delete an open file when you have forgotten to close it before trying to delete it.

  15. Bug report

    On the window Combine files into a single pdf, after I chosen a file, if I press the file and holding the ALT button, show me a little icon of plus, as the file will be duplicate inside this window, but doesn't work like that.

  16. The "Share Feedback" button looks like a comment bubble, so I expect it to open the Comment toolbar

    Almost every time I try to open the Comments toolbar, I end up opening this webpage for feedback. Since that is not what I'm trying to accomplish, it seems like the user interface needs to be changed.

  17. Navigation Pane

    Hi!

    How to permanently hide Navigation Pane? I don't want that every time I open a new pdf-file. I found some options but it did't work permanently. ( Right clic - Hide navigation pane buttons). Wastes a lot of time to have pictures full size. And I don't use full screen mode either, not possible for my work.

  18. Where are my tools?

    This version makes it difficult to find the tools I need to work with. It has basically shut me down. This is a business and your product should help my efficiency. Now it is easier to do the edits by hand and scan in. Where is the edit bubble to highlight an area for discussion? The shapes? The text boxes are harder to use. Why can't I locate them where I want to?

    When adding a file name to PDF document, it appears in white (or is unseen) - can only be seen in "Show Wireframe" view.
